– Quiet Hours 10pm-8am: This is a peaceful retreat meant for those who appreciate nature and quiet relaxation—please respect our quiet hours and our neighbors.
– No smoking
– Pet friendly with a $75 per pet fee (2 max)

– Must be at least 25 years old to book

– Photo ID may be required upon check-in
– Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property
– Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring doorbell located next to the front door facing out towards the front entry area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay
– This property features noise monitors, one inside and one outside the home. These devices do not record sound (or video), they only monitor noise levels
– Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of the timing of cancellation. This fee helps cover non-refundable charges from payment processors. The rest of your refund will be issued based on our cancellation policy.
– No parking of trailers, boats, RVs, or commercial vehicles
– Pool Temperature: The pool is heated and maintained year-round, with average temperatures between 80–82°F. Please note: during cooler winter months, outdoor air temperatures can impact performance, so exact pool heat levels cannot be guaranteed. A solar cover is provided to help keep the water warm overnight.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.
