We purchased this beach house in 2003 as an ideal rental property. We live in Newburyport and love going to Plum Island and knew that other would too!
Why Pamela Jones chose Newbury
We immediately loved the feel of the house. It is truly a beach house where you can take a breath and relax. It is situated on one of the highest points on the island. This means that we have the long-view out over the ocean but don't need to worry about the ocean taking our home. We don't even need flood insurance! We like the location because it is close to beach but also because it is close to the bridge onto the island. It is a quick ride to and from downtown Newburyport.
What makes this House unique
Very convenient beach access. Many people enjoy the bright colors, artwork, and warm feeling of the house. It truly feels like a beach house where you can relax!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
