Villa in Scottsdale

We enjoyed the location. Parks and Old Town were very close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive when needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Great stay

The condo is in a nice, quiet complex. We enjoyed being within walking distance to several restaurants (DeFalco’s Italian, Los Sombreros, Inner Circle for coffee and several fast food options). Old town Scottsdale is a walkable distance or a short drive to shops and endless restaurants. We loved using the espresso machine! The checkin process was easy and the hosts were great!

Great location

The location is great, very close to Old Town Scottsdale. Quiet neighborhood. In general we enjoyed our stay however there were a couple negatives. There is a beautiful swimming pool very close to the unit - unfortunately it isn’t heated and the water in November and December in Scottsdale is too cold for most people. In the two months we were there we never saw a single person using it. An unheated pool is probably fine in August but not in the winter. So if you’re looking for a place with a pool you might want to check other offerings. The other issue is the furniture. As another reviewer noted the sofa isn’t comfortable. The “slouch-couch” is still there. It’s hard to describe but there is no way to comfortably sit on it. Other than these two issues we had a good stay. The owner was responsive to other issues that arose (a couple water leaks showed up while we were there but they were fixed quickly). If it weren’t for the pool and the sloich-couch we would definitely consider renting again.

Very comfortable bed. The couch was uncomfortable for watching TV. Loved sitting in patio area. Our caretaker was quick to respond and help us. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Quiet complex with many places to visit nearby

This villa is a in a very quiet complex. A great place for the two of us. The pool was beautiful, but too cold for January swimming. Nearby attractions are plentiful. This is a great place to centralize a visit to Arizona.

2 bd Townhouse NR Old Town Scottsdale /#799940

Our experience was not that great -- The Unit was clean and the beds were comfortable, however, there were some things that needed attention - like - no lites on the end table for reading (only an overhead lite w/a fan that probably had only a 60 watt bulb in it) hardly bright enough. The couch was SLOUCH couch - once in it could hardly get out - I needed to put extra pillows from the bed to make the couch comfortable -- the WIFI Moden # was incorrect, and the worse was NO KITCHEN TABLE and only 1 set of sheets . The TV was not tuned to cable and no instructions for its use. - This unit had a MANAGEMENT COMPANY of whom I could call and did. They came out as soon as they could and were advised of the above, so they consequently did call the unit's owner, who got in touch with us and did his best to accommodate us . Got the correct WIFI modem # and instruction about the TV and lamps for the tables, but they were small and not the kind for reading. We did get the TABLE as soon as he could, as the area for the table was small but you still needed one. The shower needs work as when it's turned on it has a leak . At least the owner of the unit did COOPERATE, and that made a difference. On a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the worse , I would give this a 3 --- and only because of the cooperation of the unit's owner & his management company.
