This very pretty unit boasts a renovated kitchen as well as renovated bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal. It has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped for your ease of use and pleasure during your beach vacation. The newly remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped and looks charming with black appliances. This gem among condos will make an excellent nest during your Emerald Coast getaway.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Nice location

This was the perfect location. The pools were awesome! I felt comfortable with my teen daughter walking to the pools by herself. Beach access was amazing. We were in back unit 4th floor and views from both side were amazing. Everyone was super friendly!

Perfect Location

We loved Okaloosa Island and this condo is close enough for a short walk to the beach but also had a beautiful view of the sound from the balcony. That was one of our favorite parts of the entire vacation. We wish the en suite bathroom and shower was bigger or maybe laid out a bit better. Otherwise, it was an ideal spot for our trip and we loved staying there. Seriously, we would stay again just for the balcony, it was heaven!

Comfortable stay, bad master shower

The unit was clean and had plenty of space for guests. One complaint is the master shower. It has a large step up to get in and out of it plus it is so small you can just barely turn around. Management should provide liquid soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. It wouldn’t cost them much. I had to go shopping for basic essentials. Other than that our stay was comfortable.

Not pleased at all!

Was told we were right on the beach front to open door and walk out. We were in building 5 which was right on the roadway, had to walk around all the other building to get to the beach! When I called to see what could be done VRBO said nothing could be done wince we booked it through them. Would NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! the owner of the condo would not call us back or even email us to help us get anything done. Not pleased at all.
