Thank you so much for leaving a review of your stay. Being able to help our guests makes us very happy. Having the pools to yourself, love that, we are not always so lucky. Totally agree our area being peaceful and quiet, we get the best of both scales. But I do hope you managed to make the most of the local area’s options, from the villa’s information guide that is available.... to keep you as busy & entertained, day and night, as you choose. Especially with the new restaurants and beach clubs recently popping up. Our advert lists distances as well as stating a car is required. I do sincerely hope that it didn't come to you as a shock that the supermarket wasn't quite close enough to walk and that it be a few min drive, hope that didn't hinder your stay in any way, as we certainly enjoyed having you stay as our Guests and would love to welcome you back anytime!!!

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for leaving us a review. We are always interested in how you enjoyed your stay and how to better our villa in anyway we can, and to do this we would always be interested in your good, and not so good comments & feedback! Regards to the outside furniture- We purchased the table & chairs as a six seater, Unfortunately we have not been able to test it out for 6 sharing, as there are only 5 of us as in our group that visit. As this is a first ever comment for this, we will now need to find a spare body to give this a testing...and if this proves to be the case then we will need to amend this. Missing mattress! I don't understand this comment? The mattresses that were purchased for our beds are firm orthopedic ones, which are meant to be good for the backs. Personally I find them too firm for my liking, yet my Husband says they are not firm enough (LOL)....but like you say Cyprus has its problems and one of them is variety and we have to make do with what the island has to offer. Ceiling Fans are lovely, we have two already fitted (although not yet listed in our advert). Our intentions are on each time we visit, we will try to bring one and have it installed. but in the meantime we do have free standing fans. But not forgetting, we do have Air-con units in all the rooms (which is listed) and can be used as frequently as our guest choose, however should our guest have used the ample electricity allowance which is included in rental agreement (stated in the T&C's) then the extra electricity cards that are accessible in the villa, can be used at an additional cost to our guests. I did however notice that you had electricity credits sill left and didn't need to use any of additional cards, which is good as no extra charges to you. Once again thank you again for your review and for choosing your stay with us...hopefully we will have the pleasure in you returning to our villa or North Cyprus :-)

Yes, we too feel the villa is positioned in a good proxcimity to the tranquil and accesibility......And whats not to love having to drive into town along the sea road surrounded by stunning mountain & ocean views!!! It certainly sounds like you made the most of your stay with allowing enough time to be both busy exploring around, eating out etc. as well as enough time for relaxing. The perfect combination. Hello Roy, Thank you for your feedback. we are so pleased to hear you had lovely holiday and you that you got around to visit lots of areas. We too love the Karpaz Regeion, Breathtaking! Presuming you got to see all the roaming donkeys.....Eating out does seem to be the cheaper option, But so many places to try, its hard to stay in and eat...saves on any washing up too! Yes im afraid July/August is the hottest time in Cyprus. We find if you put the aircon on for a while then put the ceiling fans or floor fans on, it helps to keep you & the room/s cool. I find the longer you have the aircon on the more you need it and then struggle with the heat more. Im glad to hear you thought our villa and location was great, it means a lot to us, its nice that others feel the same as us and that we are not just biased! So Glad you had a great Holiday...we would welcome you back anytime!!

From your previous messages, you certainly did manage to get around to eat, see and do a lot. Totally agree with you, very lovely and relaxing.... and as mentioned in our listing, a car is required as part of the holiday experiance....the Island offeres too many places to be and see. It is always so wonderful to welcome a returning guest, it’s a feeling of ‘we must be doing something right’ and that we are not alone in our love and appreciation of this beautiful part of the island. I agree in that It’s lovely to get a pool to yourselves on occasions, it’s like having your own pool! You were fabulous guests and we would welcome you back to stay again and again.
