Wonderful Apartment

We stayed at this lovely flat for a few days, and we highly recommend it! Everything was great -- quiet neighborhood, covered parking in gated area, a pool (which we didn't use, but it looked wonderful), clean and cozy interior, and more. We loved the upstairs terrace with sea views and the kitchen area off of the terrace, which was fun (and well-appointed). A laundry area was also up off of the terrace. The 2 bedrooms are bright, clean, and comfortable. The 2 baths are updated. The host responds to messages kindly and well. When we arrived, we were greeted by Marcus who showed us the apartment. He also recommended that we eat at Restaurant da Sergio which was nearby and on the beach. We could have walked but chose to drive to a parking lot close to the restaurant. It was wonderful, the seafood was fresh, and we ate there 2 nights in a row. If you have a chance, stay at this wonderful apartment!

Lägenhetens läge var jättebra. Gångavstånd till stranden och restauranger. Ca. 730 meter till en liten mataffär. Inredningen skulle kanske behövas uppdateras. Tack för en bra vistelse.

Een ruim verblijf op een hele fijne locatie. De tuin met het grote gezamenlijke zwembad is heel fijn en dichtbij zee. We werden vriendelijk welkom geheten. Het was ook erg fijn dat er airco en een wasmachine was. We komen graag weer terug.

El apartamento está genial en todos los sentidos! Amplio comodo, con todo lo necesario y súper bien situado.la piscina un lujo de remanso y paz...volveremos seguro. Sí que pagamos un suplemento de limpieza que no contábamos con ello... no sé si por mala información en la página pero aún así mereció mucho la pena.

rustig gelegen complex, je voelt je thuis in de Spaanse bouw.

mooi appartement, tot de puntjes schoon opgeleverd. keuken met volledige gebruiksvoorwerpen. schoon en netjes. goede bedden en matrassen. groot zwembad.badkamer 1 heeft bad met douche, is fijn als daar een anti slip mat in ligt. badkamer 2 heeft een inloopdouche, ook daar voor de veiligheid graag een antislipmat erin leggen. helemaal boven het grote terras met de keuken. veel van genoten, 4 ligbedden met matrassen en een grote eettafel, 4 stoelen. alle stoelen hebben slijtage op de zittingen. qua ligging, comfort, lieve vrouw die de rondleiding deed, haar hulp bij vragen, die wij per telefoon konden stellen, die zij direct oploste. wij zullen zeker hier terug willen komen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement war einfach schön und zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen! Wir haben als Paar mit unserem Kind (1,5 Jahre) 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Schon der Kontakt zur Wohnungseigentümerin war unkompliziert, sympathisch und zuverlässig, was sich bei der Anreise und dem Aufenthalt ebenfalls fortgeführt hat. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und war eine der saubersten, in denen wir bis jetzt gewohnt haben. Für Kinder ist alles vorhanden- Bettchen, Hochstuhl, Sandspielzeug, Planschbecken etc. Sowohl Supermärkte, als auch Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. An Restaurants bietet der Ort wirkliche eine tolle Auswahl direkt am Meer. Alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. 2x haben wir von dort beim Abendessen sogar Delfine gesehen! Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und bietet vorallem für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern die perfekte Lage, auch um ins Wasser zu gehen. Der Gemeinschaftspool in der Anlage bietet zudem ebenfalls die Möglichkeit einer Abkühlung und ist durch seinen falchen Einstieg auch für Kinder geeignet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft an alle weiter, die eine schöne Zeit in Marbella verbringen möchten. Egal ob als Familie, oder unter Erwachsenen

Todo muy bien para desconectar unos días. Lo q no me pareció correcto es q pidieran 100 euros en efectivo para limpieza a la llegada. Algo q comunicaron una vez había pagado la totalidad de la reserva. Por lo demás todo fantástico.

Excelentes vacaciones

La experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Desde el check in (donde nos permitieron dejar las maletas en la casa mientras terminaban la limpieza) hasta la salida. La casa está en una urbanización muy tranquila y con gente muy agradable, la playa (de arena) está a 5 minutos andando Perfecta relación calidad-precio

Een heerlijk verblijf dichtbij het strand

We werden vriendelijk verwelkomt door Marcus. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van de nodige handdoeken, ook badlakens. Het Dakterras had twee bedjes en een tafel met 4 stoelen. Het zwembad was direct toegankelijk vanuit het appartement en is heerlijk groot in een mooie tuin. Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. In het appartement zijn ook stoeltjes en speelgoed voor het strand, dat is echt heel fijn. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad voor een goede prijs.

Die Küche könnte nur genutzt werden, wenn hier vorher 1Sunde gelüftet wurde. Wichtig zu wissen, es gibt kein Fernsehprogramm, da kein Empfang möglich. Das Objekt ist sauber, allerdings auch laut, da keine besonders gute Isolierung vorhanden.

We live in Co Derry N Ireland which is only a 3 hours flight from our apartment and these flight are all year round.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in Costabella because it is only 35 mins from Malaga airport by car and 10 mins from Marbella yet it is located in quiet residential area. Good bus service in this area which means car hire is not essential.

What makes this property unique

One of the benefits is the close proximity to the fantastic beach(3 min walk) which allows for a leisurely stroll or a fast jog whatever your mood takes.
Another benefit is the vast array of beachside restaurants and bars. Also the convenience of supermarket, coffee shops, atm machines etc.
The apartment is one in a small gated complex which has a large shared pool and landscaped gardens.
