Living room has a “wall of windows” so you can enjoy the view from inside. Pillow Top Queen in master, 2 twins in second room. Both the Master and guest baths include tub/shower in each. Brand new kitchen with all amenities like full size stove, refer, and dishwasher. All new floors, drapes, bedding, and cookware.
The roof top deck includes pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ's, and plenty of room to relax. The view from up here is the best in Waikiki!! Enjoy free covered parking, WIFI, cable TV on a large flat screen. Over 700 sf of living area with 150 sf of Lanai. Cooler and beach towels are provided so you can pack and enjoy for the day! Please enjoy our home as much as we do!
We are a short walk to Waikiki beach, restaurants, the Zoo, and just across from Food Pantry, Waikiki's only full service grocery store (visit HI Steaks just inside the front door, my favorite place for a quick delicious lunch or dinner). Groceries here are a little expensive, but you can’t beat the convenience. If you want to go a little fancier, try Safeway on Kapahulu, or Wholefoods at the Kahala Mall.
If you’re into fitness, join in with the joggers and Kapiolani Park, or go for a morning swim in the enclosed area at Waikiki Beach.

We live in Southern California and come to the islands several times a year for family and fun. I grew up in So Cal, and my wife is from Japan. We love Hawaii and all it has to offer, and spend every possible moment we can here! We have 3 boys who love to surf and snorkel every chance they get.

We purchased this property as a home away from home, so we could enjoy Hawaii from the perspective of actually living here. Also this unit comes with awesome view! We wanted something close to town, the beach, and nearby family. Fairway Villas has just the right feel to make your dream of living in the islands come true, even if its only for a week.

We had a great time, the apartment was pleasant and walking distance to the food pantry, restaurants, and the Waikiki beach....very convenient and overall pleasant experience
Great location in Waikiki!
We had an action-packed itinerary for 8 days in Waikiki - we found this condo was a great home base! Easy walking distance to everything, including grocery store and restaurants. You hear the traffic noise of course, but that's to be expected in a city building. The condo itself was neat, clean and modernized. We didn't actually spend much time there as we were on the go, but there were basic kitchen supplies to prepare a simple meal for breakfast or lunch. Beds were very comfortable and it was easy to communicate with owner by email and property manager by text. All went according to plan for our trip - we would gladly stay again!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DIRTY - NOISY
January 2018 Long flight from Australia - manager Marc 30 minutes late to check us in.
Air Bed broken - forced to wait hours for new one to be returned - manager does not answer calls. Did not bring correct sheets.
Main Bedroom - several pubic hairs in sheets, 4 very flat and stained pillows (not even any pillow protectors), a very dirty on all corners and suspicious stains on top of the quilt/comforter - clearly has not seen a washing machine. Sheets did not smell clean - suspect not even washed. Pubic hairs on at least 4 towels. Dirty floor especially behind toilet, dust on light, very thick layer of dust on bathroom air vent which is very noisy. Set of louvres/windows in this room do not open, neither do they fully close. When wind blows you get a terrible howling and whistling noise, that is with normal wind. We had 3 days of extremely strong trade winds which made a horrendous noise so much so that it was impossible to sleep in the room. Had to sleep in the lounge room. Air conditioners are ineffective and so noisy you cannot have them on if you want to sleep or watch tv. 19 floors up and very noisy /traffic noise/ endless sirens / even people noise. Curtains are not blockout. Photographs in advert have to be at least 2 years old.
Dirty pots and pans - we didn't end up using them.
Manager was made aware of dirty linen on night 1. He advised he would get hold of owner and get place cleaned / new linen etc That did not happen. He did not answer calls, so we had to start complaining to owner. I have sent many emails to owner who appears to only have excuses as to why manager has not done his job properly in the first place. It is not our job to make sure the place is clean. I have many photos of the uncleanliness and video of the horrendous noise coming from the bedroom windows if anyone is interested. Owner seems to not care what is going on at apartment and chooses to believe everything her manager tells her . We feel that because we are forced to pay money up front, then we were left to put up with the dirty apartment. Nice blue rug in photo is now brown. Not enough seating in lounge to sit 4 people. Hate to think if lounge has ever been cleaned. Light over dining table does not work. Never ever again.
We are sorry your experience was not the same as our past guests.We take the cleanliness of our unit very seriously and have always had very satisfied guests. You are correct, Waikiki is a bit noisy! The city is busy but lots of fun. We have checked out the A/C and they are working well. They are wall units, and they do make a slight noise, but no more than usual. As for the cleanliness of the unit, we did attempt to send our crew by to check the unit and we were not able to get in. Unfortunately, we are not able to enter a unit unless we have your permission. As for the amount of seating, you are correct! Even though this is a large unit by Waikiki standards, you may be used to a little more room at home. However, we have a few extra chairs to sit on at the bar and dining table.
We know Marc was able to get you some extra pillows, an air mattress, and locate some items for you. We have spoken with our cleaning crew and they assure us the vents and light fixtures have been addressed. We could go on, but suffice to say that communication and expectations were not met, and we would love to speak with you in order to assure you that your concerns are important and taken seriously. This is a nice condo in an older, but well maintained building. The views are spectacular, the property is very clean and it has 24 hour security. It is very conveniently located in the center of Waikiki about two blocks from Kalakaua Avenue. The main drawback is the fact that it is located on very busy Ala Wai Blvd and has a lot of noisy traffic and sirens, but that is part of the deal when you stay in the center of a busy city. It would not prevent us from staying there in the future. One added benefit was the restaurant suggestions offered by the owner. We tried s few and they were very unique with great food. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
Wonderful time in Hawaii...
We had a great stay at Yuko's. The condo is nicely renovated and has everything you need. It is in a great location. You can walk to the beach and shopping in no time. We loved taking in the view of the canal and golf course from the balcony while enjoying morning coffee. The elevator was quick never had to wait. It was wonderful having access to the roof top BBQ and the view from up there was fabulous. We rented a car to tour the island so it was great having the parking spot! Yuko was great to deal with...Thanks!

We enjoyed our time in Honolulu and staying at this condo really put us in an excellent location to take advantage of all that can be found at Waikiki. The dedicated parking space was a real game changer, too.
Making arrangements with the owner was straight forward and easy. The condo was clean and the set up just fine for what we were looking for - a base from which to explore the island. Would be happy to return.
