Beautiful, newly remodeled and fully furnished, my condo will feel like your private getaway with its picture -postcard views of the Marina Del Rey boat harbor and the Pacific Ocean! Vacations are for relaxation , which is why this welcoming escape is turn- key ready in every detail. The modern kitchen is fully appointed so you can cook or order your dinners from the on site private restaurant , delivered to your unit. You can have all your deliveries to the complex as well.
The comfortable bedroom, with a picture-window view has a queen size bed, and the living-room couch opens flat to sleep another person if you wish. The entire unit has elegant hardwood type floors, large flat screen smart TV and even
a smaller flat screen in the bedroom , and of course , wifi; streaming
A large, completely private balcony allows you to enjoy your days and evenings in the best weather in the world.

The amenities start with six tennis courts; 3000 sq. ft. executive gym; mens & womens spas; three heated pools; paddle tennis and racquetball courts / pickle ball as well;; free exercise classes, including water exercise; beauty salon , and casual cafe for breakfast and lunches. Great condo on the Marina!

This is such a cute condo with floor to ceiling windows that face the Marina. This building has everything...pools, gym, spa, and restaurant. Very convenient that the laundry is right next to the unit as well. You don't have to leave the building if you don't want to. Robin was a wonderful host...very communicative and accommodating. Can't wait to be back next summer!

Fantastic Condo in Prime MDR location

This is a great condo. Spacious and well appointed. Located on 4th flour close to laundry, elevator, and parking space. Work out gym downstairs in same building, as is the entrance to the outside adult pool. Two on-site restaurants very convenient; the deli/market on the first floor has killer tacos, sandwiches, and about the best pastries/cheese cake I have ever tasted. Walking distance to several local restaurants, Ralph's Market, local shopping mall. Thirty-five mile bike path runs right by this condo so bring your bike or rent nearby.

Wonderful stay in Marina del Rey!

This is our second year staying at Robin's property- a one-bedroom condo at the Marina City Club in Marina del Rey. Robin is a marvelous host! Robin was very responsive to our needs and responded within 15 minutes when we locked ourselves out! This location is ideal for walking to local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. You can absolutely get by without a car! We rode our bikes on the nearby 30+ mile bike path all up and down the beach. If you are a gym rat, there are full workout facilities on the premises as well. Thanks Robin for a wonderful stay! We hope to see you next year!

Just what we ordered.

Property was in a great location and had an outstanding view of the Marina del Rey harbor. Close to many excellent restaurants and shopping. Condo had a well-equipped fitness center onsite, as well as, three heated pools. Laundry and garbage disposal was just a few steps away. Reserved indoor parking was seven floors down on the close-by elevator. A snack bar was located next to the fitness center and a restaurant/bar was open on weekends and special occasions. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. Towels, bedding, dishes, pots & pans, microwave, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, internet, wi-fi, cable tv. We loved the balcony just outside the living room. The host was very nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend this vrbo.

Great home away from home!

Excellent location, very secure, clean, friendly property staff and professional management. Convenient location to indoor parking, elevator and laundry. The condo has a nice marina view and is in a quiet part of the building. In addition the unit has AC which I hardly used during my three month ( July-August-September ) stay. I am planning to be back again next summer 2022. Thank you Robin for making me feel at home!

Glorious View from a Wonderful Accommodation

This property is located in one of several 12 story semi-circular towers overlooking the Marina. The floor to ceiling windows offer a great view of the Marina and the land beyond it. There is a balcony from which you can see the sunset to the west.The building has some nice amenities, including 3 heated pools and a convenience store. There is also a gym and a restaurant; unfortunately they were closed during our stay due to Los Angeles County COVID restrictions. However you can order meals from the restaurant and have them delivered to your apartment. There is covered parking in the building conveniently located near the elevator. The staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Our unit was well furnished and the kitchen has everything one could want for meal preparation. The bed was very comfortable, albeit a bit high for our taste, and due to the orientation of the apartment, the bedroom was dead quiet. We were there in winter and we imagine that during the boating season the noise level would be higher. There is a promenade along the waterfront that passes directly in front of the building and it is ideal for walks, both long and short. The beach and the jetty are about a one mile drive. We had one mechanical glitch when the smoke alarm sounded even though there was no smoke. That was easily and promptly fixed with new batteries installed in the smoke detectors. This property is definitely as described in the listing and we we definitely stay here again if our plans called for a visit to Marina del Rey.

This is one of the most desirable areas in Los Angeles. It's close to everything yet
you have the fresh air, great restaurants, and live the resort lifestyle while close
to the city itself.
It has every amenity one could wish for and more! My family has lived in the complex/ area
around 20 years so that speaks volumes!

What makes this property unique

The views are the best from your large private balcony to enjoy the evenings with lights
of the boats or just enjoy the peace and view of boats/ocean anytime of day. It feels like being in the south of France!
I have just remodeled the entire unit so everything is new and special to me!. I put alot
of myself in this fabulous unit. Everyone says it's better than the pictures!
