This property is a jewel. Located half a block from the Duomo, centrally located it was so nice to be able to return during the day to tackle busy Florence. While centrally located it is off the side street so very quiet.. Has a small patio which is very nice to relax on and have a glass of wine. The apartment is nicely furnished and cleanliness is 5 star plus.There are absolutely no negatives regarding this property and you will be very pleased for the choice. Oh, yes, the laundry and patio means that you can wash clothes there, a plus,.

Ideal location with easy access to all the major sites. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, and Alessandro was great at explaining everything to us the first night.

Alessandro's place is amazing. Perfect location and perfect home. Alessandro is the only owner who has ever down with us at checkin to make sure we had all we might need and all we might need to know. The terrace is a wonderful plus! Thank you again for having us, Alessandro!

This apartment just a stone’s throw from the Duomo exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay and would have been completely comfortable for a much longer stay. It’s amazingly quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and we easily prepared several meals there. The washer is a real plus. The patio is lovely although we didn’t have a chance to sit out there. Our host Alessandro welcomed us personally and provided a good orientation. He was very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.

The apartment exceeded expectations. It is very comfortable and well appointed. The decor makes it feel very homey. The two beds (one is a fold out) are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with tall windows that open onto the patio. Alessandro our host conducts a wonderful orientation to the property and to the areas around the property. His book is so well done with all types of tips in it.The location is ideal. First, as you wander away from the area, we found Il Duomo acted like a North Star. The dome or bell tower was one of the first things you spot. It helped orient you and guide back. The number of restaurants, shops, places to buy groceries, and the obligatory gelato are all within a short walk. In summary, this is an amazing property and I am so happy Alessandro has made it available.

Superb in every way. The location, ambiance and every detail was just perfect. Alessandro was incredibly helpful and made sure we had the best info for a stay in his treasured city. I booked many months in advance and I am so happy we did not miss out. We were here for a week. Walked everywhere we needed to experience. For being in the hub it was surprisingly peaceful. We enjoyed the church bells ringing, sipping coffee on the patio. Reward yourself and look no further. It was a privilege to stay here.

Perfect Florence Location, steps from the Duomo

Alessandro has thought of everything to make your stay in Florence comfortable. The apartment is beautiful with high end touches and is a wonderful place to return after a long day of exploring Florence. Easy walk to the Ufizzi, Ponte Vechio, and train station for day trips. We stayed for a week and enjoyed breakfast/coffee every morning before heading out. We reviewed our day on the outside patio area. I would love to return for a longer stay… still so much left to see and experience!

Charming, great location and welcoming host

Italian charm with all the amenities! Gracious host with wonderful recommendations. The only negative we experienced was that the oven pan and microwave were not cleaned from previous tennants.

The host took time to explain the details of the apartment as well as sites in Florence. His recommendations for food were spot on. One of our best experiences with a VRBO host. I would recommend this property for its excellent location, beautiful apartment and responsive and caring host.

Great place with an amazing host

This property has everything one needs to feel comfortable and create a temporary home. With an elevator that starts on the ground floor, the apartment is good for those with mobility issues. Very nice apartment!

We stayed for a week mid April 2023 and we loved it. We were just yards from the Duomo, the biggest tourist spot in Florence yet the apartment was quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the apartment had everything we needed. We recommend this to anyone visiting Florence!

Amazing stay!

Alessandro was an incredible host. He met us with the key and gave us so many amazing recommendations around Florence since it was our first time visiting. The apartment was clean, in an incredible location (Cathedral literally outside the door), and just all around a cozy, cute place. I highly highly recommend this place for your trip. Incredible stay in Florence!

I can’t imagine a more perfect apartment in both amenities and location in Florence. Alessandro was super nice, helpful as we accidentally arrived early. This apartment is located within that shadows of the Duomo and is close to so many wonderful restaurants, attractions, shops & more. Just loved everything about our stay…and hope to return in the future.
