Enjoy this house directly on Magnolia Lake. This house has a rear deck, and a climate controlled sun room to enjoy the lake, and a covered front porch to watch the golf carts roll by.
This house offers 1300 square feet. In the Fall of 2015 we added new flooring, new refrigerator, new roof, new microwave, new gas grill, and a new master bath! (Pics coming soon!) The address is MH92 and is directly on Magnolia Lake. Fish from your backyard!
This smoke-free home offers a climate controlled Carolina Room and a backyard deck to enjoy the lake.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are at one end of the house and share a hall bath. The third bedroom is the master, and has its own (new) master bathroom. (There is also a sleeper-sofa in the family room if needed.)
There is parking for three vehicles two of which are covered. The house is located close to the ocean. Bring your fishing rod and enjoy fishing from the back yard. Enjoy!

MH 92 is directly on Magnolia Lake and is a short walk from the beach. You can fish from your back yard and enjoy the mature trees on this block.

Wow. Always such an enjoyable time at this property. The Knodes are wonderful to rent from and are always easy to work with in helping us have a great stay. We enjoy the fishing right outside the back door as well as the wifi availability inside. Staying here we get the most out of the kind of vacation we enjoy - just relaxing inside, by the lake, or on the beach. Thanks J-D!

This house is perfect for our family. Fishing just out the back door, beach just down the road. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Thanks for opening your property to vacationers who love the beach without the "hustle and bustle" of crowds! Ocean Lakes is our favorite "home away from home".
We would recommend this property to everyone, except the time that we want to be there (lol)!
The house was very spacious and comfortable.
The outside is very run down and needs lots of work we were very disappointed when we arrived at the outside appearance. The outside furniture is so old and dirty we were not able to sit outside without using our own chairs. The deck has boards that are loose and raised which is a hazard.
The inside is in desperate need of updating. Light bulbs were burned out and we replaced. Upon arrival we had to clean and freshen the house it did not appear or smell clean. The guest bathroom floor is very week in places. The master bathroom cold water faucet was broken. Ceiling tiles had stains from leaks. The front storm door was broken. There are several other things but I think you get the point.
The owner of the property was very helpful and friendly they may need to go check on their property.
Ocean Lakes is a wonderful place to stay I would just suggest a different property. You can get a much nicer place for the money.
