Relaxing stay on the Yellowstone River

  • 5 of 5

The house is in spectacular condition and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were extremely comfortable so we all slept great. We were welcomed to the cabin with homemade local ice cream in freezer. My husband fished the river everyday and caught a variety of trout. We also toured Paradise Valley, by hiking and horseback riding. We experienced a hot spring pool for the first time at the nearby Chico Hot Springs. It is a half hour from Yellowstone National Park as well. In short, we had a grammar vacation and we loved our stay at Angler's Haven.

excellent experience

  • 5 of 5

Spent 3 weeks here in July 2017 - the setting is amazing. The Yellowstone River is steps away and in full view from the back porch. Our 4-year-old caught a Rainbow Trout within 5 minutes of his first cast. The mountains rise up in every direction. Fall asleep and wake up listening to the river flowing. The yard and property are expansive and private. The house is incredibly well stocked - we wanted for nothing. We rent homes relatively often and our host was the most gracious and accommodating we've ever had - she and her son even brought over a bunch of water toys once they realized we had our young kids with us. We utilized the guest house for part of our stay - the kids loved the loft sleeping area. Yellowstone is just a short drive away, as is the great town of Livingston. Bozeman is about 45 minutes and has a lot to offer. This area of the country is called Paradise Valley for a reason - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the area or this house. No regrets whatsoever.

Epic stay in heart of Montana!

  • 5 of 5

Visited with another couple and our children. Beautiful property and home right on the river. Morning coffee and evening cocktails overlooking the river and valley hard to beat. Fishing and multitude of things to do nearby (i.e. hike up pine creek), not to mention enjoying all that Livingston and the valley have to offer. Can't wait to get back.

The cabin and quest house were perfect for our group of 12! They thought of everything for us!

The view from the back porch was like nothin I have ever seen before! The beautiful Yellowstone river was a rocks throw away, the snow capped mountains Just beyond the river were breath taking, and the wildlife didn't seem to mind a burger on the grill! Absolutely a perfect vacation. The cabin had plenty of room and space and everything that I forgot they had extras! We will definitely be back. If you are visiting the national parks, or touring Livingston or Gardner Montana I recommend this cabin 100%
