Unit 7 was nice, but lower level you will not have an ocean view. The short walk to the beach is lovely! An upgrade to the couch and frying pans would be a plus. Be mindful of the shower as the half door can leak to floor when stepping out. Don’t forget your beach towels. Overall nice stay, but did mark average clean. When we stepped into condo the mat at door was dirty. Also spring cleaning for dust and such behind furniture. We notice when we had to plug fan in and charge cords there is dust build up. This condo provided 2 box fans. This was helpful and appreciated.

Property was in woeful condition. The kitchen had appliances that either needed to be replaced or there were not enough basic pieces of equipment to use them. There were 16 wine glasses but no mixing/cooking bowls or strainer. Pots and dish drainer were dirty. The mini-fridge alternated between freezing and thawing, so food could not be kept in it for 2 days in a row. It had minimal freezer space and 2 plastic ice cube trays. The shower/bathtub surface was extremely slippery when wet/soapy. No grab bars or hand holds. VERY dangerous. One of the fuses had shorted, arcing when a reset was attempted. The electronic door lock faltered for several days when locking it from outside as we left, then it failed COMPLETELY so we had to give up a day's activity and stay there until it was fixed. The towels were adequate but there was only a sheet and a waterproof cover on the mattress. There was 1 thin dishtowel. The outside entryway was below ground level (down stairs walk-in) so dirt, mulch, etc. was brought into the house with each entry. Two sides of the condo were banked with dirt up to the bottoms of the window sills giving it an underground feeling. The location was infested with carpenter ants (see above comment) and each day there were live and/or dead ones to remove. (We did this rather than spray the condo with the toxic, volatile poisonous ant/scorpion(?!) spray under the sink.) I have photos to support comments. Management failed to respond when notified.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable Condo. We stayed a week and enjoyed the view of the Bay from our patio. King size bed was comfortable, and the amenities were great. We will love to come back!

The condo was in an easy to find and get to location. Our unit looked out on a wooded area with a view of East Bay through the trees. It was very quiet inside, inspite of being able to hear traffic when outside. We also loved being able to walk out back from the deck and over a wooden bridge to the beach area. We had a couple issues with the dryer, but management got back to me promptly and a repairman was sent out to fix it a couple days later. We have stayed in various locations around Traverse City area over the years and this was one of our favorites.

It was so relaxing!

Our lake view condo was the perfect setting for our get-away staycation. We were able to cook some meals ourselves which was nice. There was enough equipment to make breakfast, lunch and dinner.The location was great with quick access to downtown and other location. It was perfectly quiet and everthing was great.

So Peaceful

Was clean and comfy! This is nestled in trees with a view of the water. It's a great place to unwind in the fall and would be great in the summer as the pool and beach are nearby. Was stocked with everything you need! Would highly recommend!
