Nw build, modern villa in beach location with private pool, luxury furnishings

This newly built modern beach/sea view Villa has been finished to the highest of standard throughout and offers large living space and lots of private outdoor areas. PLUS A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.

The villa is located on a corner plot approx 5 min walk to the beach, offering beautiful sea views to the front and mountain views to the back. The location of the villa is perfect with just a few minutes walk to the beach front bars and restaurants. Yet is located in a private and peaceful setting with everything you could need in the villa.



Is tiled throughout and the decor is immaculately styled with a grey and white theme, offering a bright and modern feel.

The sofa is a very large corner unit comfortably seating at least 6 people, glass coffee table and rug. The TV is a 42" Sharp HD on a grey modern TV unit, with further media outlets of DVD, Apple TV, wifi router and further HDMI ports if people wanted to bring a game station. The lounge has two sets of sliding patio doors onto either the patio and pool or to the garden. Both have pull down shutters for privacy and security, along with internal curtains making the place feel like home from home. There is a video intercom also.

-Dining (internal)

There dining area offers a large glass dining table with 6 x grey leather chairs, decoration and a large mirror over the table.


The kitchen is open plan with white gloss units offering lots of space. The facilities include: Tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan. Also dining set for 6 people and dining sets for external use via the pool as well. There are numerous pots, pans, cooking items, place mats etc..... The rear door opens onto the private double car for area. Note the washer is located outside and per typical Spanish way of life.


Is fitted with a King size bed, large headboard, 2 x bedside tables, large chest of drawers, full length mirror and large wardrobe and hangers. Window is fitted with curtains and shutters. Beds will be made up with flat sheets due to the temperature.

-Bed 2

Is fitted with a Double bed, large headboard, 2 x bedside tables and large wardrobe and hangers. Window is fitted with curtains and shutters. Beds will be made up with flat sheets due to the temperature

-Bed 3

Is fitted with a 2 x single beds, large headboard, 3x bedside tables and large wardrobe and hangers. Window is fitted with curtains and shutters. There is also a fold out bed located in the wardrobe which can be put up between the beds offering sleeping for 7. Beds will be made up with flat sheets due to the temperature


Fully tiled throughout with sink, toilet, shower, heated towel rail and large mirror with internal lights which is anti steam also. There is also a window.


-Swimming Pool area

The swimming pool is 9M x 4.5M and offers walk in steps and goes to a depth of 1.8M. The pool has a set of steps at each end for access and is cleaned by a private company every Wednesday. The pool area is fully surrounded by tiled areas which are anti-slip for safe guarding. There is a pool cover also.

-Patio Area

From the patio doors from the lounge, takes you straight onto the large patio area with a bar area and rattan dining set for 6 people, overlooking the pool. Note this area is fully shaded from 11am and offers a great respite from the sun.

-Sunbathing and Garden

The external garden is a mixture of tiled areas and artificial grassed areas. there are sun loungers on the tiled area next to the pool and a large sofa set (super comfy) on the artificial grass area for relaxing. There is a further artificial grassed area which can be used for children to play. There is a stunning sea view from all areas of the garden and pool area.

-Access and Car Parking

The villa is accessed via a secure pedestrian entrance (via key or intercom) or via the sliding gate for the car port area. The car port area has enough room for two cars comfortably and is on non slip tiled area under a Pergola.

-Roof terrace

This area offers panoramic views of the mountains and the sea and is a great place to retire to in an evening. The area is extremely large and is tiled throughout. There is a large seating area under the pergola covered area, which seats unto 12 people and is perfect for evening dining or a BBQ. There is a very large stone BBQ area also for your use.

Note this is a self catering villa and all of the amenities, appliances and kitchen items will be available for you to use. We do recommend ordering a welcome pack for your arrival

Local area Bolnuevo is an affluent and stunning seaside/beachside village which is popular with both local and european holiday makers. The beach is a blue flag beach and was recently voted the best beach is Murcia. There is a main road running parallel with the beach which provides food shops, restaurants and local facilities (pharmacy also). There are two beach bars and toilets on the beach also. You are a 5 minute drive into Puerto Mazarron where there is a large port and lots and lots of restaurants and shops, which is worth a trip. In the summer there is a local tourist train running from Bolnuevo into Puerto Mazarron which is ideal for taking you straight to the heart of port if you don't want to drive Note this is a self catering villa and all of the amenities, appliances and kitchen items will be available for you to use. We do recommend ordering a welcome pack for your arrival

Fabulous Villa with beautiful views and peaceful location.

We stayed in this wonderful villa for 7 nights which wasn't long enough in my opinion! We had such a brilliant week. From enquiring about booking to our arrival James the owner was so responsive with messages and really helpful. As was the key holder that greeted us on our arrival. The villa had everything you could possibly need including a washing machine with the kitchen being very well equipped and a large fridge freezer with plenty of room. The villa was immaculate the pictures don't do it justice. The Wi-Fi was brilliant we never had any problems with it and the villa also has Apple TV so we could use our Netflix account which was an added bonus. There was a Bluetooth speaker in one of the rooms which we used but we couldn't work out how to recharge it.

Outside is just as beautiful, spacious with so much furniture to sit on around the outside areas. We loved watching the sun come up as we ate breakfast outside on the raised patio area which overlooked the lovely pool. There were 4 loungers to sunbathe on and some comfy seating. The outside shower was lovely and warm which was brilliant especially for our toddler so he could get showered before and after the pool. The pool was super clean and so warm I miss swimming in it every afternoon. There is also a huge roof terrace with a BBQ .

The villa is in a great location - walk able to a huge beach (it is lovely but not much shade) and restaurants. There's an amazing ice cream place you must try out, can't remember the name but it's really good! You can also catch a little train which is 3€ return each from the campsite which is located at the bottom of the hill towards the beach to the right. The train starts at 6pm and takes you into the port our toddler loved that. The port is quiet in the day but comes alive at night and has lots going on with some great restaurants by the marina. You do need a car here - we flew into Alicante airport and it was a really easy drive of 1.5hrs to the villa. There are some amazing beaches not far away in the car and lots of supermarkets to choose from. There's an information pack in the villa with helpful maps and lots of info and tips - the train needs adding into that if possible.

As you can tell from this review we loved it, we like to go somewhere different every year but if I could have two holidays I'd come here for one of them! Only minor niggle was paying 25€ for a travel cot and we couldn't locate a highchair in the villa but apart from that perfect!

A beautiful modern villa , great location, with lovely views - six of us stayed for just over a week and found it a great place to stay - enough outdoor space with BBQ , and lovely pool area - villa has all the things you need and would definitely recommend

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus.

Owner's Response: As explained the villa does have CCTV in the grounds, which is part of the armed response securitas alarm system. The cameras are only activated when the alarm is turned on via a security fob. The alarm can not be turned on by guests and is off during the entire holiday guests stay. Therefore the alarm system doesn’t affect guests during their stay as it’s turned off. Also you can slide the shutter over the cctv cameras lense if you wish. CCTV is common and important for any high end Villa to protect the property.

Bolnuevo has a host of local bars, restaurants within a couple minutes walk. If you want somewhere lively with more options then get a 5 euro taxi or 5 min drive to Puerto De Mazarron which has a hundreds of bars, shops and restaurants to choose from.
