Guests are asked to note that there is a self-contained apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor of the chalet with a private garage. The owner occupies this small ground floor apartment, so the chalet is not solely exclusive, although the sections of the chalet are independent and self-contained from one another and guests\' have private use of the terrace and outside parking space.
IMPORANT: Chimney is not to be used but has an artificial heating log.

The chalet is located along the quiet secondary hillside road of ‘Route des Nants’. The peaceful setting places guests within a 5 minutes’ drive/ 20 -minute walk from the buzzing resort centre of Chamonix!

For those who enjoy self-catering, Chamonix boasts a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.
