The wonderful beach cottage has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It includes updated cabinets, backsplash, countertops, tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. This home is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with lots of natural lighting in the living room. Each bed room consist of tasteful décor with 2 full size beds in each. This property sleeps 12 adults. There are two decks to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This property also has a fenced in backyard for family BBQ's or pet lovers like myself. The home has central heating and air, full size washer/dryer, cable, Wifi, and propane grill. One of the biggest questions tenants ask is how close the property is to the ocean? This property is just a short 3 minute walk to having sand between your toes. This property will be one that friends and family will thoroughly enjoy and will want to return to every year.
