As you enter the villa you are greeted with panoramic views of the ocean and beach. The sunny living room is furnished with a sofa, three chairs and flat screen TV/DVD player. This opens up to the dining area, enjoy your meals at the table with six chairs while enjoying views of the Atlantic. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and three counter stools.

Doors from the living room lead you to the screened in porch furnished with high top table and 2 chairs, catch up on your reading or just relax and take in the scenery. The large balcony wraps around the villa with 4 chairs for lots of seating and even two lounge chairs!

The first bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk in shower, and a private balcony with comfortable seating for two!

The second bedroom has a twin bed and a double bed, flat screen TV, a reach-in closet and ocean views. This bedroom has a bathroom with a walk-in shower that also opens to the hall.

The third bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and private bath as well as sliding doors to the main balcony with a private bathroom and two reach-in closets.
