MÍNIMO DE CINCO DÍAS PARA LAS SEMANAS DE MEMORIAL Y LABORAL ¡POR FAVOR!
¡Se realizaron muchas actualizaciones en 2018 con el nuevo propietario! Esta casa tiene terrazas amplias que ofrecen hermosas vistas al mar, especialmente en el nivel superior. Hay un montón de espacio para todo el mundo con 5 dormitorios y una gran cocina de concepto abierto / comedor / sala de estar con techo abovedado en la planta superior. Super rápido WiFi y TV por cable con HBO / Cinemax. Hay una ducha al aire libre con agua caliente en la planta baja. Gran parrilla de gas también está disponible.

Disfrute de sillas de playa y juguetes / flotadores para los niños. Ropa de cama y toallas se pueden proporcionar a petición de un cargo adicional. Hasta dos perros pueden quedarse también, ¡así que no tienes que dejarlos atrás en el frío!

La casa está convenientemente ubicada 1. 6 millas al norte del puente en una subdivisión tranquila. Acceso a la playa pública está a menos de 50 metros de distancia. Gran parque infantil a 2 cuadras de distancia. Bar con música en vivo está a 3 cuadras de distancia. El sitio conveniente del lanzamiento del kajak es mitad una milla abajo de la calle.

Lovely house and perfect location

A wonderful place to stay! The house is great, even nicer in person. We appreciated how close it is to the beach and would love to stay again. Great communication with the owners as well.

Awesome beach house

Casa Del Mar was a terrific place to stay for a weekend escape from Central North Carolina. The property is in a great location love you to the beach are wonderful, the beach itself is wonderful and the house and everything we needed. Just a great weekend

Very comfortable and dog/child friendly!

Dmitri was very accommodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed the upper deck from which you can see and hear the ocean. Our granddaughter loved the child’s picnic table on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped. Dog bowls were waiting in the kitchen, and the fenced yard was really helpful! The public beach entry is very close and easy to access. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas were available. The neighborhood was quiet, and there is a nice playground 2 blocks away. Dmitri has added helpful non-slip treads to the stairway from lower to upper floor. Be sure to go to Shaka Taco in Surf City!

Great Getaway

Had a wonderful experience. Perfectly close to the beach, and house was amazing. Yard was perfect for the pets. Would definitely stay again.

This property felt like home. Dimitri and Olga have thoroughly thought out what their guests need for a wonderful stay. Perfect little fenced yard, beautiful views and the comforts of home…all within steps of the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Property is well maintained, clean and the location is excellent. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall excellent rating. Minor quibble - I recommend replacing the lock box containing one physical key with a keyless entry system.

Amazing property with great view

The house was clean and perfectly located, the views were amazing from the deck. We loved the beach vibe in all the rooms and the backyard was a perfect space for the pets to get some off leash energy out. Everything was wonderful

Perfect getaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful (and much anticipated!) week at the beach. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. If you forget something, they probably have it! The ocean view is beautiful and beach access is a 2 minute walk. There was plenty of space (and WiFi) for the kids to do remote school and my husband to work when needed. We were thankful the house was also dog friendly! The owner promptly responded to all communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back someday!

Great property

This is a great location, quite close to the beach access. It is a very well appointed house with lots of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the porches with a view of the ocean. Also, the owners were fantastic and responded promptly to any questions that we had.

Family Vacation

The property was as you see in the pictures. They supplied everything we needed. If you forgot anything more than likely they had it there for your use. Location to the beach was a short walk. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect for us!

This was the perfect house for my family. We loved it was pet friendly and had a fenced in yard. The location was great, 1/2 block from the beach and a little over a mile from the pier. The owner was wonderful to work with, very responsive.

Amazing beach vacation with family.

The property was very well maintained. They had just about everything there that we could possibly need. We only needed to bring ourselves, our clothes and food. There were plenty of sleeping spaces. We had a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation Home

Dmitri and Olga were extremely pleasant and helpful to work with, and the home they share with renters is so enjoyable. It is a beautiful house with very easy access to the beach. Family friendly accommodations and a well stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time with our family!

Nice family getaway in these tough times...

Nice property with great views of the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen, which was great, because we did a lot of cooking since most restaurants were doing takeout or curbside only. Very short walk to the beach. Nice patch of yard for the dogs to run around. Property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Perfect Vacation location and home was beautiful!

This home was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. We had 3 small families and 3 fur babies and had plenty of space. Very short walk to the beach, less than a couple minutes & a short drive to the Surf City pier. The fenced in back yard was a plus where our pups could run around safely. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Home was fully stocked with everything you need and much more than we expected. Would love to stay here again.
