Superbly stocked - pictures were very accurate - furnishings and amenities were high end - highly responsive and helpful team. The beach club and the community pool was great. The Hilton pool passes were my kids’ dream. The whole process was great. Their app was also very useful. Will definitely stay here or one of the other properties managed by this team.

Beautiful Condo in Mauni Lani Resort

Beautiful and clean place. Very spacious for our family of 5. We loved sitting on the patio looking out into the lush garden and golf greens. Kitchen is well stocked and all beach gear plus bikes are provided. We loved the beach club! The pool at the Hilton was just ok and we could do without but the beach club was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect For Families

This is a perfect place for families. The garage is well stocked with beach toys and chairs and bikes for all ages. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the beach toys and bikes.

Good location, quite and close to amenities

Perfect Paradise Getaway

This home was perfect. Impeccably clean, well maintained, super comfortable beds, high end clean linens, well stocked kitchen, and lots of beach and pool toys to use. We hope to stay here every time we come back to the Big Island. The beach at the beach club is one of the most perfect, family friendly beaches on any of the islands, and the pool in the complex is lovely.

Great Place

Clean, well-stocked, well-equipped place. Plenty of space for a family of six. Outdoor area was a bit smaller, less private than we were expecting, but it was still fine, cozy, manicured. Good communication from property managers, too. We'd stay there again.

Excellent vacation in Paradise

The condo was everything and more than what we expected. We have been to many VRBO's and BnB's that SAY they are fully stocked but this one was FULLY STOCKED. The kitchen, bathrooms and garage had all the equipment you needed. The condo was very clean and management was easy to reach.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this home. The previous reviews were all spot on. Plenty of room for the family and we loved access to the beach club. Use of the bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc was a plus. Sitting in the backyard having breakfast was so relaxing, lots of wildlife visited us each morning. Lots of kitchen gadgets were available and made cooking and eating at the home very easy. Also the pool, spa, and gym were great too. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Great unit and neighborhood to stay

Really enjoyed the stay and location of the place. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was more difficult than described in the listing. The garage is a one car garage and not easy to park in. Parking outside in the driveway was difficult as there are only two spots and they were always occupied. We mostly parked at the pool area and walked to the unit from there.

Good find

This was the best equipped condo we have stayed and we have stayed in over 20 condos in Hawaii. There was plenty of basic materials such as dish washing soap, laundry soap, toilet paper etc. We literally did not have to purchase anything. Also there were bicycles and scooters for kids. The condo was very clean. The buildings were very quiet.

Family Vacation

There were 6 of us and the kids, grandparents, everyone, all loved the townhouse. The unit was clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked so it was nice that we didn’t have to buy the essentials and throw away and waste when we left. The kids loved playing in the yard. The house was fully stocked with anything imaginable you’ll want to take to the beach. The bikes and helmets made it fun to go exploring around. But one of the things we were very impressed with is Paradise in Hawaii. We had a few things that needed addressing such as new bike pump and stuck valve in the bbq tank and all were answered and taken care of within the hour. We had a wonderful and memorable vacation and a large part had to do with the accommodations. We will be back!

Perfection in Paradise

Amazing! There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful experience we had staying at this piece of paradise. There are always pros and cons with a VRBO, that is natural as travelers we all have different expectations. The pros of this place, well the list is long...It started with excellent communication before the trip to assure the home was set up for our needs for two families which included an infant. Then it had a garage filled with EVERY item someone would need in paradise. Seriously, snorkel gear, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, life jackets, towels, wagon, wading shoes and. more. The home was well stocked with basics, and it was immaculate which is a big things for me. Most important, the communication from group at Paradise in Hawaii was prompt and professional. I reached out to let them know a chair had been broken by a previous customer and a new chair appeared within hours. Somehow the blender had mismatched parts, no problem, they delivered a new blender the following day. Wow! None of these issues were their fault, but they were quick to fix them to assure our vacation was everything and more. The only consideration is only one car can be tied to the reservation, only one parking pass is given and the local complex cruises the facility checking. I would definitely consider using this rental again. It was the perfect piece of Paradise for our group. Mahalo!

fall break in big island

Great community with nice pools and gym. Great location, with grocery store nearby. The house is well stocked with everything. Manager is easy to communicate and she remind you about to do list for check in and check out.Would love to recommend to friends.

Very enjoyable

This is a great place for a family vacation. We would sit out on the Lanai in the morning and watch the sunrise and listen to the birds wake up. The garage is well equipped with bikes for all ages and beach toys. The kitchen us well equipped.

Wonderful stay at Hawaiiann Escape

Great stay in a great neighborhood! Only things to note are cleanliness of rugs and pots and pans We had 2 veichles so parking near unit was not always available. Very comfortable stay in your beautiful home!

Great property near awesome beaches

We enjoyed our stay at this property and visiting the west side of the island. The location is excellent, close to some great beaches (black sand beach, Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach). Few miles away on the main road there are a few stores, but we used mostly Costco (few miles away from airport). The property is in a very nice and quiet location. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the petroglyph park. We did not spent much time at the pool, but everything we saw seemed resort like. The house has everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils (we prepared our own meals), space, laundry stuff, etc. Beds were very comfortable, including the roll away beds (by kids' testimony). The carpet could use some cleaning (I understand this being a vacation home and maybe not everyone respecting the rules of leaving their shoes at the front door). The shower pressure in the bath upstairs is weak, especially for people with long hair. We called them and they fix it a little bit (could not do much since the water flow is controlled). They also unclogged the tub since it needed that! Pretty quick in responding to our requests. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it. Mahalo!

Nice experience

Very good experience. A few, not too important, extras could add to the basically good experience. A quick 'how to' regarding the dish washer would be helpful. We somehow got it into time delay and couldn't seem to get it out of that mode. Take the mattress topper off the upstairs queen bed. It would slide around during the night and reduce the comfort of the sleep. A warning about high wind effects when parking outside the garage. We had a door from an adjacent car blow open out of control and hit our our car, causing a minor dent. People not use to such gusts are unaware of what can happen. This is not a specific property problem , rather a general problem that renters should be aware of.

Very nice but not exceptional

We enjoyed this property as it was very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and large enough to easily accommodate 6 of us. However, there were just too many small hassles perturbing our stay. The first night of our stay we had issues with the air-conditioning. This was resolved quickly with a text to the owner but not until after spending a decent amount of time trying to fix it ourselves. The second day we planned to ride our bikes to the beach and do some snorkeling. There were 6 of us with 4 kids age ranged 9-17 but the smallest of the 6 bikes had a completely flat tire with a large leak, so we decided to snorkel at the pool. Well, 3 of the 6 snorkel sets were missing items making them useless for their intended purpose. Both the bike tire and snorkels were fixed/replaced that evening by two amazingly nice employees of the Hawaiina Escape. However, the following day when we made it to the beach there was still one incomplete set that needed to be jury rigged with a hair tie. The Freezer did not function despite adjusting the temp to zero so we had thawing burger patties and liquid otter pops. We contacted the owner who had us open the cabinets above the Fridge/freezer. After another 24 hrs or so the otter pops were frozen but the permanently opened cabinets seemed un-seemingly sub-optimal. The glass stove top has 4 burners...two large, two small with the right front burner adjustable from a small to large burner size. Only the outer ring of this burner worked essentially making this burner un-usable (due to the uneven heat delivered). The last annoyance was the un-assigned parking. The two parking spaces in front of the condo are shared by FOUR condos so most of the time we were parking further away from the condo. Doesn't sound like a big deal but included in the property description is what sounds like assigned parking in front of the condo. I guess combined with other hassles of the condo, the "friendly reminder" I found under my windshield wiper blade the morning after parking in front of our garage just irked me. In summary, this spacious and comfortable condo is located in a beautiful setting but the little things that should have been dealt with prior to our stay negatively affected this review.

Our team worked extremely hard to help this guest every time he called within minutes. They complained the AC was too cold. As noted we were able to help remotely within 2 minutes of being texted. Due to the terrain (lava gravel) here in Hawaii bike tires get leaks very very regularly and we responded immediately when he advised. The snorkel gear sets were actually all there but some items had been mixed up but we still brought new gear over when they requested. When they complained about the fridge not working we sent a maintenance tech over with a infrared thermometer and confirmed the fridge was working properly and did not need any repairs. It was likely they had left a door slightly ajar when they went to the beach. There has been no other problems with any guests before or after their stay. More importantly this guest was told there are parking spots 50 feet across the street (6 spots) and even more nearby in addition to the three in front of the building. We notify all guests repeatedly that they can not block other peoples garages and home entrances. Guests sign a contract acknowledging this. By continually choosing to ignore the instructions, the community manager put a notice on the guest's windshield reminding them not to block other peoples homes and garages.
