Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 6 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

The house has a modern Polynesian design and a spacious, 1700 sq. ft, open floor plan with beautiful travertine floors throughout and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

There are two bright and airy Primary suites, both with King beds and spa-like, ensuite bathrooms.
The third bedroom has a two TwinXLs that can be combined as King with gel topper and also has a private bath.
An additional Rollaway can be brought for a 7th person, (Best suited for a Child)

All of the beds are outfitted with luxurious linens, and all of the baths are stocked with 100% cotton towels. In addition there are soaps, shampoos and conditioners as well as essentials like hair dryers, iron and more.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with private grill.

One of the greatest features of this home is the sliding glass wall of windows that open and slide away to open onto the lanai. The high-end grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmers markets.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
