True Gulf-Front 2BR Beach Escape - Two Sunset Balconies - Starboard Village 224

Welcome to your Gulf-front escape — a peaceful beach retreat where the ocean greets you at sunrise and the sky puts on a show at sunset!

This spacious 2-bedroom condo sits on the top two floors of a small, quiet complex, offering rare privacy and spectacular views from two oversized balconies that feel like you are in the sand dunes.

Perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway, yet equally welcoming for families, our condo is designed to be your comfortable “beach home away from home.”

***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule. Please contact us for possible exceptions. (Longer stays are easier to accommodate.) Current Exceptions:
*Flexibility the week of 6/20 for a shorter, 4 to 6 night stay*
*Sunday July 5 - Sunday July 12

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions. No pets allowed.

This is an awesome place to stay! The condo is very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed, The location is quiet, yet convenient. Loved being able to park inside the garage too! Our host, Jill, is a very good communicator, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok! She also had available a book of very helpful information about the condo and local attractions and restaurants. Excellent host!

We had an enchanting vacation at this stunning property! First, and most importantly, all of the beds, including the sofa bed, were exceptionally comfortable. The location was utterly perfect. And the view was nothing short of gobsmacking. Everywhere we turned, there were thoughtful touches—from children’s books in the second bedroom to bikes and boogie boards in the garage. The host was accessible and friendly. We had absolutely everything we needed for a great break. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this Starboard Village Condo! It was spacious and comfortable for four adults and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extras, we had our own BBQ, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for use. The two decks overlooking the beach were our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand!Jill, the owner, was so attentive and always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

It was a well-equipped and very clean unit with an upper and lower level. It had everything that was listed from beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bikes to a Kitchen with all of the cooking needs. The views of the gulf from the living area (lower level) and master bedroom (upper level) were breathtaking and the unit was steps from the beach. It even came with a garage which was an added bonus. No hot car to get into when leaving. The Host was very easy to work with and the communication was the best. Hope to return again!

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell, and Riley. We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! After a busy work week, we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound!

We enjoy sharing our special condos and want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because of its quite location, spacious condos, and the two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Why they chose this property

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit!

What makes this property unique

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
