Another great stay at Starboard Village...number 4 to be exact and number 2 with the Bartlings! The communication with owners could not have been better! Wonderful sunrises from the balconies and location of condo is quiet and safe! The condo has all the chairs and beach supplies you could possibly need for days on the beautiful white sandy beach! The condo was nice with a short walk to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrella’s for you to use on the beach. They had a garage to park your vehicle on! Jill was very nice and helpful and quick to respond!

Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and 14 year old son. Seamless check-in, gorgeous location, very clean and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, garage parking, bikes, beach equipment, chairs, umbrella. Proximity to beach is amazing. Great communication with owner. Close to restaurants and other activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible!

First off, the hosts are wonderful. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating. One of the beach umbrellas was destroyed by wind during a beach day, and Jill sent new ones over the next morning. The location was superb. Right on the gulf with beautiful views, or a short drive to the sound. Peg Leg Pete’s is super close which was a huge draw for us, and right up the road from Fort Pickens (we visited multiple times during our stay). Every amenity was supplied, from beach chairs and sand toys, to coffee and creamer. I could go on and on!!

Amazing!!!

Great Family Vacation

Had a great time and Bradley was a fantastic host! He was prompt with answering questions and upgraded some of the beach equipment for us while we were there. Condo was in very good condition. We had everything we needed and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Love this condo!

Great Pensacola Beach Location

The location is absolutely fantastic for the Emerald Coast. Right on the beach, close to some great restaurants. The condo has everything you need including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. It made our stay so much easier. The condo is also equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen and other household areas. The host was extremely communicative and made us feel like true guests.

Spacious, quiet, perfect location

After reading all the other glowing reviews I didn’t expect to be surprised, but I was! The spacious condo with every amenity you could think of made for an inviting, relaxing stay. The photos of the balcony don’t do it justice; you are SO CLOSE to the beach. The beach was never crowded, and the whole place was quiet. The owners made sure the place was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Just what a Texas Family needed!

We hav stayed at many condos by the beach but this one was the best by far. The views are incredible and the beach is so close to the condo. Every morning we were able to watch the dolphins swim by while drinking coffee on the balcony. The condo was very clean and the owner supplies you with everything you could need from cooking to beach necessities. If you are looking for a great place to stay this one is for you. I deffinatley look forward to returning.

Just too convenient ??

Sits on private area of Beach, perfect. Too easy to move your stuff to the Beach, perfect. Wash up area on foot bridge, perfect. Locked garage, perfect. Clean, Clean, Clean, perfect. Owner supplied toys, bikes, boat, perfect. Walk to Peg Leg's, 2/10 mile, perfect. 2 Story, 2 Bedroom/Bath, 2 Balconies just 2, 2 perfect for long or short stay. We have been in several condos this area and this rates number 1 with us. Brad and Jill are great !!! No one's perfect.

Third Time Returning

This was our third time staying at this condo. We keep returning because it works so wonderfully for our family. The views are beautiful. The location is perfect. This year, the weather was kinda terrible, but having the condo be so close to the beach allowed us to still make the most of our time there without ruining our trip. We could get to the beach in minutes and back to the condo if the weather changed without warning. It is a great place to spend family time on the beach and not feel totally overwhelmed with crowds. We will very likely return again :) :)

Beautiful hidden gem

We were truly spoiled with our stay. We had gorgeous views of the ocean in an updated property. The main level kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to stay in and cook seafood we picked up from the market. The second level had a primary and secondary bedroom with plenty of storage space along with a beautiful full bathroom. The primary bedroom had a massive sliding glass door so we could go to sleep and wake up seeing the ocean. It was minutes away from anything we wanted to do and was in a safe location - which is important to us for our family. The pool was excellent for days we weren’t in the mood for the beach. When we went to the beach (nearly everyday) we didn’t have a long treck over and it was an easy walk by using the walkway - which also had a shower installed to hose off the sand on your way back. The Bartlings also provided beach toys and boogie boards. Shell hunting at this location is amazing. The best part was swimming with stingrays and schools of fish. This property is a hidden gem.

Perfect Week

This was our first stay at this unit, although not our first stay in this complex. While there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit, we were expecting this from the description. The unit was exactly as described, most importantly for us a beautiful view of the ocean. Also, very convenient walk-over to get to the beach and (except for the day of Blue Angel's show, which we expected a crowd) plenty of space to set up on the beach. I took daily morning bike rides on the paved path and we were in easy walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's, Tom Thumb's and the dog beach (getting our dog fix as we were in pet withdraw). The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, even containers with lids for storing leftovers, which in my experience is unheard of. We were able to check in right on time, the unit was spotless and we felt right at home. Also, the owners were quickly and pleasantly responsive to the few questions I had. We love Pensacola Beach and the Blue Angels, and couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy both!

Excellent property just steps away from the gulf!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It had everything we needed and more. We had children ages 17 and 10 with us and they fit well in the second bedroom. I loved the master bedroom with the view of the gulf laying in bed. It was a fabulous way to wake up in the morning! A couple of things I'd like to mention is that the main level of the property is actually on the second floor, so be prepared to climb a couple flights of stairs to get to the door. No biggie, just wanted people to be aware as in my mind I thought it was ground level. We weren't initially going to rent a car. We took a transportation service to the unit the first night but later realized that aside from Peg Leg Pete's (which was great, btw!) It was quite a distance to walk anywhere else. We rented a car from Turo which was another first experience for us and it turned out well. The property is also just a few miles away from Fort Pickens where you can watch the Blue Angels practice which was fun. (Check the calendar) All in all it was a really great experience and the beach therapy is just what we needed.

Highly recommend. This condo was absolutely perfect for our fall vacation. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Communication with the property owner was pretty much immediate. We would definitely like to stay there again.

オーナー : Brad & Jill Bartling

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell (14), and Riley (12). We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! Our weeks are busy with work and running kids to different activities. On the weekends we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound! We want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit! Our Unit had recently been completely renovated with new flooring, granite counters, stone and tile bathrooms, and so much more!

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
