Beautiful & Spacious Condo, On the Beach, 2 Huge Balconies Overlooking The Gulf!

Gorgeous and spacious Gulf Front Condo directly on the beach with spectacular unobstructed views from two large private balconies just steps from the beach! Completely renovated inside. In Starboard Village - Unit 422.

We recently purchased this condo and completed a full renovation. Please see the over fifty five star reviews of our other condo a few doors down, https://www.vrbo.com/855961?unitId=1403900 .

Main level has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Balcony stays in the shade during the day (in the summer months.)

Second level has a two bedrooms with large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a balcony - hear and see the waves from bed! Master also has large walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer upstairs.

There is a comfortable pull out sofa with memory foam full size mattress in the living room. Unit sleeps 7. Unit also has a large two car garage below it.

Condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is a swimming pool with sun deck. We have four beach chairs, two umbrellas, bicycles, pool and beach toys available for our guests use. We also have a gas grill and tandem sea kayak for guests of both our condos to use (the condos a few doors down from each other and share the same walkover to the beach.) We try to have everything our family would need and yours. Please let us know if you have younger children and need any additional gear.

***Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday 6/2/18 thru 9/8/18. Please contact us for possible exceptions dependent on availability. Blue Angels week will end on Sunday 7/15/18, so rental period is Saturday 7/7/18 to Sunday 7/15/18. ***

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is seven (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.

About Brad Bartling

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell (11), and Riley (9). We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! Our weeks are busy with work and running kids to different activities. On the weekends we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound! We want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

Why Brad Bartling chose Pensacola Beach

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because it is spacious and has two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is how peaceful it is. We can enjoy a quiet beach day in front of the condo or go where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music!

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Starboard Village when we stepped out on the balcony and could hear the waves crashing!

What makes this condo unique

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (approximately one mile) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!

Immaculate with breathtaking views!

Absolutely loved staying in #422! Stayed for spring break with our teenage daughters. Absolute perfect location. We were close enough to the fun restaurants and shopping of Pensacola but the beach area felt very private. The furnishings are lovely and we had anything we could possibly need! Loved that the views were incredible both from the downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. The kids really enjoyed the bikes and tandem kayak that are available for your use. Jill and Brad are so accommodating and make it easy to have a truly relaxing vacation!

Beautiful, Fresh, Modern Condo in a great location !!

We arrived late in the evening, so in the dark. Everything went very smoothly to access the garage and condo. When we had questions the owner was very responsive and helpful.

We were very pleased when we saw how beautiful and fresh everything was. New furniture, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We do enjoy cooking and the kitchen is large with all new appliances and marble countertops. All of the pots, pans and dishes you could need and easy to find.

Waking up the next morning we were greeted with a georgeous beach out our deck, everything we had hoped for our vacation. Thanks Brad and Jill!!

Best on the Beach!

We loved this beautiful, just remodeled, Gulf Front unit #422 at Starboard Village this past week. We were not really surprised at how perfectly the owners(Brad & Jill) had prepared this unit since we had stayed in another of their properties last year. They have gone over-the-top with this beach condo...far beyond the "norm" of any rental! We were amazed at the details they had addressed and the lengths to which they had gone to make our visit as perfect as it could possibly be. From new furnishings, new appliances (inc W&D), plush towels and linens, art work, paint, cabinets, tile, and flooring to beach chairs, umbrella(s), bikes(4), toys, CD's, books, & games, all new dishes, plates & glasses, beverage tumblers, AND even chip bag clips!! And every drawer & cabinet door revealed another surprise. We have never been treated better in any rental up and down the Florida Gulf Coast! Truly Heaven. We have already reserved our next visit!!
