Spectacular, unobstructed views from two large private balconies. The perfect vacation rental just steps from the beach!

Wake up to views of the sunrise over the Gulf from the master bedroom, then stroll on the sandy shore or visit historic downtown. Ready to relax? Unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset from your balcony, or walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner.

***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule. Please contact us for possible exceptions. Current Exceptions:

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

We have another identical condo a few doors down, vrbo/855961.

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions. No pets allowed.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views from both balconies is what you dream of when staying on the gulf. The owner is very kind and great to deal with. My wife and I had a wonderful week. We cooked a few meals in the large, beautiful kitchen as well. We hope to return as soon as possible.

From the moment we walked through the front door we knew we made the right choice for our Pensacola Beach vacation. The condo is very nice (10 out of 10 for sure) and the views of the beach and gulf from the two balconies is spectacular. The condo is well equipped (kitchen, washer and dryer, bicycles (5), beach umbrellas (2), beach chairs (4), & beach toys). I had the chance to meet the owner on the beach one day. She is very friendly and is available if you need anything. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Seriously one of the best rentals we have used. The upkeep on the property was amazing. We had everything we needed and then some ! The owners checked on us and made sure everything was great. Very personable ! These people care !

This was our third year coming here. We love this condo and plan on coming next year. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony as well as swimming in the Gulf and going for walks on the beautiful beach.If you want to relax, this is the perfect place to be!

Incredible location and view! I booked this for my family (wife, mom, sister, brotherIL and niece). We’re beach bums so being less than 20 yards from being on the beach was the highlight for us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Jill was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and needs. We will certainly be back!!!

Great beach getaway!

Condo had everything we needed, pictures were accurate, beds were comfortable, so close to the beach. Great views from the balconies. Plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys/float and even a tandem kayak to enjoy! Took a morning bike ride too. The host was easy to reach and offered lots of helpful information.

This was the second time we've stayed at Jill's condo; and even though ive stayed there before I forgot how much the photos dont do her condo justice. The condo, location, and the views from the balconies are absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this host and her condos.

Mini vacation

Second time I’ve stayed here and second time I’ve had an amazing vacation. I will always try to book this condo whenever my family wants to take a trip to Pensacola. The condo has everything you need to feel at home and even more. The view is amazing, the price is unbelievable, and it is close to everything on PB

A wonderful stay!!

Jill was such a wonderful host! Everything was provided for our stay! The condo was beautiful and the views were top notch! Jill was gracious to answer any all questions and concerns. Condo had beach chairs and umbrella that we used daily. We enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels fly by, eating at our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete’s, and visiting the Naval Museum on the one rainy day we had. We are looking forward to returning and would love to stay here again!!!

Amazing location and Condo

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great communication with the owner, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. This condo is spotless, has an amazing view from both balconies, right on the beach. So sad I had to go home.

Wonderful place to stay!

The check-in was extremely easy. Jill was wonderful, attentive and gave us suggestions on what to see, what to do and where to eat. The location was spectacular, you are right on the beach. Every morning, waking up hearing the waves crashing was peaceful and relaxing. Jill also had all the things you need for a beach holiday, from beach chairs, umbrella’s, water toys, games, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend renting this fantastic place, over and over again.

Fun Family Vacation!

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The beach is powder white sand. The condo is clean and well stocked. You can watch the dolphins swim by as you drink your coffee on the balcony in the morning. We fell asleep listening to the waves each nIght. There is a 2 car garage that is well stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles…everything your family will need for a fun beach vacation. 5 stars!!!

Wonderful location

This is a beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. All the beach equipment was so nice and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The location is great. The beach access was close and so were many restaurants. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell, and Riley. We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! After a busy work week, we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound!

We enjoy sharing our special condos and want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because of its quite location, spacious condos, and the two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is how peaceful it is. We can enjoy a quiet beach day in front of the condo or go where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music! It is also a short trip to historic downtown and all the fun and events in Pensacola. And it is always amazing to catch the Blue Angels buzzing down the beach or to watch them perform.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Starboard Village when we stepped out on the balcony and could hear the waves crashing!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the condo is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the condo. You are a short drive (approximately one mile) to the boardwalk, other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with stop across the street.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
