This is a two bedroom four season like home. it also has a large extra room that we use as an extra living room and bunk house. You can actually sleep 16 if you needed to. We have lots of kayaks and canoes so you can enjoy the lake and the rivers that runs in front of the home.. The Sunsets are breathtaking. We have a fire pit by the lake. 6 miles North of Winter and 23 Miles East of Hayward on Hwy. B
Kimberly was very accommodating and quick to respond with questions etc. The home was as described and better in some ways. The lake was beautiful and all the lake toys kept us busy and having a fantastic time. It was a must to take our 2 yellow labs with us on this trip so they could enjoy the lake with us, and it was not any problem with Kimberly to accommodate them as well. Everything was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was more than we expected and great as we cooked all meals on the trip. A stone firepit by the lake was a great way to end our day. Awesome stay. Thanks again!
Lake house was as described. Beautiful location with incredible sunsets! Kimberly made sure to keep in touch and we were very happy and comfortable with all the water sports. I'm sure we will be back!
We had so much fun!! The paddleboard, kayaks, paddleboat, and canoes were an awesome perk!!! House was very clean and beautiful!! It was over 90 degrees so thank you for the air conditioning!! We played in the water all day and fished at night. The fire pit was right by the water and was perfect!! Played cards at night also. Very spacious and well stocked for all your cooking and living needs. Definitely will come back again!! Thank you Kimberly!!
Our family has rented several cabins in the Hayward area and so far this one is our favorite. The cabin is set up to accommodate large or small groups. Most of our stay was just our family of five, but we hosted a 4th of July gathering which ended up with 16 total sleeping in the cabin. Not a problem. The cabin is well taken care of and the owners have many water "toys" available for use. My husband pulled in a musky that was longer than our measuring tape - over 37 inches. Close enough to Hayward for shopping or a trip to the candy store. Thanks to Kimberly for a wonderful family get-away!
This cabin was perfect for our multi-generational group of 7. It was very clean and tidy, but still very cabin-comfortable so you didn't have to stress out. The kitchen was well-equipped and the "bunk room" provided a fun space for the kids to sleep. (Plus it had black-out shades, so they slept longer than normal!) Outdoors, the bonfire pit was right on the water, which made for some really pretty evenings. And the cabin included a kayak, paddleboard, and other fun water gear which kept the kids busy for hours on end. Despite numerous attempts, we weren't able to catch any fish. The locals told us it was spawning season, so the fish weren't biting. Bad luck! Nonetheless, everything else went so well. Kimberly was very prompt in responding to our questions and had everything ready according to plan. We would definitely come back to her cabin again, and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for some R&R on a lovely, picturesque lake.
