It was a cozy cabin. The woodwork was beautiful. Could use a bigger couch or maybe some comfy chairs and ottomans or recliners for the living room area. Host was prompt to answer any questions. Close to lake. Beautiful scenery. Will stay again.

Took a 2 day trip to celebrate an anniversary. Could have picked a better weekend as far as being able to enjoy outdoor activities. Temps never reached positive numbers during our stay. Even with that the cabin was very comfortable and cozy.
This was the perfect place for my Dad and I to spend a weekend. Right on the lake, very quiet and peaceful. The home has everything you would need and is super clean and new on the inside. Super close to town and restaurants if you need or want to go into town. Thank you!
This cabin get away was just perfect. We loved the privacy of the property. Every day waking up to the beauty of the lake. The cabin provided us with all the amenities. So close to many restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend it.
This place was amazing! My husband and I stayed a few days for our anniversary! Secluded, clean, and overall just a great place to stay!!! Host checked in to make sure everything was going good! Would definitely stay again!!
The property and cabin is beautiful, we've been coming up for 2 years now and look forward to going back next year.
Collin is a great host, makes everything super easy.
We rented this cabin because we needed a place that would allow our dogs and this was that and so much more. The cabin is set back in the woods so its quiet and secluded, really gives you that upnorth feel.
Everything was just as described and would absolutely stay again.
The cabin was just what was needed to unwind and relax. We caught/released a lot of fish every day. The highlight was the 3 bass we caught. The cabin was well stocked and clean.
The cabin was very suitable for my partner and I, we very much enjoyed the view of the lake in the morning and loved the privacy. The cabin was clean and warm inside on a cold weekend. Would love to come back in the summer to do some fishing!

About the host
Hosted by Collin Barker
Hi I’m Collin. I love traveling with my wife and kids, enjoying the outdoors and meeting new people as a VRBO host and guest.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this area and this lake and property in particular because of it's natural beauty and how quiet it is out here. Collin loves fishing in this lake on peaceful mornings, Miranda loves paddling around the lake, and our daughter loves picking wild raspberries and blueberries, and we all enjoy swimming in the clear water on hot summer days. We also love coming out here in the winter to enjoy the outdoor recreation opportunities including the amazing cross country ski trails as well as just relaxing in the cozy cabin.
What makes this property unique
This cabin gives you a feeling of being at the Boundary Waters, while still being a short distance from many cities. This is one of the most peaceful lake cabins you will find.
