Truly cannot say enough good things about this property! Had everything we could’ve possibly needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools you could need, the bed was comfortable and the split AC was amazing. It was in a perfect location and walking distance to various beaches. Lots of close by places to eat and shop too! The hosts were also extremely accommodating and let us stay late on our last day due to a later flight. We will most definitely be back!

Great communication. Easy and close walk to the beach. Super clean. It did get a warm in bedroom with both fans and split a/c thing going. Love the location. I’d recommend it.

A nicely appointed apartment ideal for a couple. The kitchen amenities were numerous and in great condition. The bed was very comfortable. The beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a nice touch too. Just an awesome place@

The location of this condo is excellent: across from Charlie Young Beach (one of the best beaches in Kihei), next door to Miso Phat (excellent sushi with a fun wait staff), and next to the Maui Coast Hotel (which has a cool little pool bar with food and live music almost nightlife) make this Condo a great place to stay.This week prior to the arrival of hurricane Lowell was very hot so the air conditioning was very welcome.There is a great assortment of beach gear and in regards to the Condo itself it's well laid out great large screen TV, more channels than you could possibly ask for, and if you do come over note that Spectrum (cable) TV, which is all of the local channels, is an app in the app menu and not via a typical cable box. Once I figured that out we had the local Surf and weather channel weather news, etc.It's a nice little balcony with a side view of the ocean so you can tell if it's a good beach day. Lastly, I would say that the condos that I've stayed at in Kihei. This has a very nice pool barbecue area with a hot shower and soap dispenser to wash up before and after the pool.

Exactly what we needed on a short get away- a quick walk down to the best beach in the area, a pool and hot tub to finish off the day, a cozy ACd apartment that had everything we needed in the kitchen, and a good enough bed to catch some sleep before starting the next beach day. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler provided. Owner was responsive when we had questions and problems.

Perfectly located to be able to walk in either direction for food and shopping and Charley young beach for swimming and snorkeling right across the street. And just a short drive to wilea beach for another great beach experience.

We had a weeklong stay for our family of 4. Overall, the condo was comfortable and the location was great. We were able to walk to Charley Young Beach and Kamaole I Beach to watch the sunset and hangout on the beach, which was nice since they charge for parking now. Unfortunately the advertised sofa bed was broken so we had to use the inflatable bed. We also noticed many small ants throughout the apartment during our stay. Otherwise the condo was very clean. One other hiccup was that the morning of our check-in, our host messaged me that the cleaning company had come late so we wouldn't be able to check-in until 5pm that day instead of the promised 3pm time. Because of the change check-in time, we had to rework our plans for the day, which was frustrating. I messaged back a question and then several hours later the host responded that he had made a mistake and it was actually another condo that wouldn't be ready til 5pm and ours would be ready by 3pm after all. Other than that we enjoyed the pool and spa and our visit over all.

Aloha and thank you for your great review! Unfortunately, there are just some things we don't have control over and one of those is how long it takes it takes to have items shipped to Maui. Hopefully the new couch parts will be here soon! So sorry for the mixup with the check-in time, that was completely my mistake as I read the notification from our property manager incorrectly. Thank you for letting us know about the ants. We do our best with pest control and we notified our staff to check in on this and we will do our best to prevent this again. It's the tropics so it's tough to keep units 100% pest free, but we try! Warmest Mahalo and we hope you and your family can return to Maui soon!!!

Great stay!

The location was very close to the beach. The place was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen to make some meals in, and also had all of the beach toys, umbrellas, ice chests, everything we needed for trips down to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a couple

Excellent, centralized location. Short walk to the beach, easy walk to grocery and restaurant. Apartment has everything you could want (cooking stuff, laundry, beach stuff, etc). Dry quiet location!Would be happy to return next time we are in Maui.

Absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and close to everything! Everything we needed was walkable. Kihie was a lively , lovely , little town. So welcoming and the food was amazing! I absolutely will/ would stay at this property again. Any issue we did have taken care of. I felt like a valued guest. The condo was excellent and exactly what I was looking for. Very clean, stocked with everything we needed for our stay and even had snorkeling gear, beach towels. It absolutely felt like home away from home. I can not wait to return. I highly recommend. Great hosts and property management on site if help is needed. I could see the beach from our balcony. And food trucks/ restaurants/ ice cream/shaved ice cream/ shopping all walkable. Beautiful Beach /parks walkable. Even a roller blade/skating park. This place has great air conditioning/fans/ washer/dryer. Everything you need for a relaxing/home sweet home stay in Maui!

Clean, well appointed, great location!

Very organized home. Wonderful location. Walk to Charlie Young beach! Also, nice and quiet area.

Great vacation condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is in great location across from beach. Quick walk to guarded beach. Walking distance to shops and food The condo was very clean and well appoint d.Starter supplies included.amy extras like cooler, chairs and drying rack came in useful Pool area was clean and never busy. Bathrooms at pool were very clean.

My wife and I got married on Maui in 2007 and have been back every year since, except 2009 when our daughter was born. Our love and admiration for Maui influenced us to purchase our Kihei Kai Nani condo in 2012 and recently this Pacific Shores Condo in 2016 and we couldn't be happier! We've always enjoyed sharing our Maui photos and videos and telling stories of our Maui adventures. We now look forward to sharing our Maui homes and helping our guests capture the same love of Maui and understanding that Maui No Ka Oi...'Maui is the Best!'

We love the location of Pacific Shores and fell in love with the great ocean and mountain views! Great beaches, a wide selection of restaurants and shops all within walking distance make this area along the three Kamaole beaches our favorite location on the island.
