Maui Vista # 2109 rez-de-chaussée! Le meilleur emplacement à Kīhei! Regarde!

Maui Vista est l’un des complexes de condos les mieux situés à Kihei et à seulement 25 minutes de route de l’aéroport. Nous sommes à distance de marche des magasins, des restaurants et des épiceries. De l'autre côté de la rue se trouve Charlie Young Beach, où vous pourrez voir les levers et les couchers de soleil les plus magnifiques. La ville historique de Wailea est à seulement 5 minutes et Lahaina, connue pour son charme de vieille ville, de nombreux restaurants et boutiques à la mode, notamment des magasins d'usine, se trouvent à 40 minutes en voiture le long des magnifiques rivages de sable.

Notre condo est une confortable chambre à coucher climatisée avec une chambre et une salle de bain pouvant accueillir 4 personnes avec un grand canapé-lit. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous disposons d'une très grande Lanai avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine (une des trois) n'est qu'à quelques pas. Charlie Young Beach, également connu sous le nom de Kamaole I, se trouve à quelques pas de la rue.

Ce condominium de vacances NON-FUMEUR est situé à quelques pas de la piscine au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment 2. Pour votre confort total, nous disposons de la climatisation, de deux ventilateurs de plafond et d'un ventilateur de plancher pour que vous soyez à l'aise.

Nous voulions créer un chez-soi loin de chez vous car vous aurez tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. Certains des conforts et des meubles de maison que vous trouverez dans notre condo pour des séjours courts ou prolongés incluent:

Charlie Young Beach est l'une des plus belles plages de sable blanc de Maui et l'une des meilleures. Il est courant de voir des tortues de mer nager près du rivage et des baleines au loin pendant la saison des baleines.

Enjoyed our stay in Maui Vista. Nice central Kihei Location. Ocean is right across a busy main road. Appreciated the extra amenities such as the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Nice, deep tub in bathroom. Lanai on ground floor was a nice spot for morning coffee. Usually only needed fans to keep the condo comfortable but turned on a/c for a little while at night so we could fall asleep by drowning out the noise of people walking and talking along path right by the bedroom window.

Stayed here for our honeymoon, overall was a fantastic space! The condo was clean, granite counter tops and king size bed. We especially loved the wagon, beach chairs, cool cabana beach shade and coolers, had everything we needed for a full day at the beach. The access to Charley young beach was right across the street and out of every beach we visited in Maui, this one is definitely the most private and quiet! The condo had everything we needed for cooking, laundry etc. the air conditioned is on a 4 hour timer, however the ceiling fans do help cool the place down. Nice outdoor lanai with a table and umbrella facing the pool! We loved our stay and will be back again(:

I gave this property 3 stars for a few reasons. Although the condo appeared to be surfaced cleaned, there was visible built-up dirt on the walls, door jambs, and around door handles from long-term use and dirty handprints. The bottom of the bathtub was dirty and needed scrubbing with an abrasive cleaner due to visible grime from foot traffic.The bath mats were extremely thin, worn, and did not appear freshly laundered, so we did not use them and instead used towels. The bed was only fair, and the fitted sheet did not fit properly, coming loose from the mattress every night. The bedding, pillows, towels, and face cloths are all overdue for replacement.The air conditioning unit was sealed with cardboard, which looks like a long-standing temporary fix rather than a recent repair, as cobwebs were present. The dryer venting also needs attention — after running a wash, the condo became very hot and humid which the AC could not keep up with. The kitchen was well equipped and was the strongest feature of the unit. The location is excellent, and the Maui Vista grounds and pool area are very well maintained. Unfortunately, while this unit may once have been a good rental, it now feels neglected and in need of basic maintenance and updating.

Although this review will negatively affect my business greatly at a time when it’s already low tourism on maui, I am grateful for the information. I am actively working to rectify all of the issues. I’d only suggest in the future that you contact owners, especially ones that live nearby as I do, to give them the chance to fix the situation. I’d have brought over new towels, linens, pillows, etc and had the cleaners go in while you enjoyed a day at the beach to fix the cleaning issues. Reviews can make or break a listing so this one will have long lasting effects unfortunately. I do apologize that you experienced a less than satisfactory stay but I hope you otherwise enjoyed your vacation and made it home safely.

Fabulous Experience

Everything was fabulous, new and comfortable pillows, comfortable bed, tons of things for the beach, clean, great location, a well stocked kitchen, and when texting Brie about an issues she responded quickly. I will recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again.

Great value and close to everything!

This was the perfect property for our family of 3. The pool is right outside the lanai, the beach is right across the street, convenience store shopping is 2 blocks away, restaurants and shopping is 3 blocks away. The unit is clean and updated and the ac works great. The owner is extremely responsive and problems are fixed immediately. We will be back.

we loved the location close to all Amenties and beaches we had a couple of concerns and Brie was very prompt the condo was nicely furnished and lots of kitchen and beach needs i would suggestchanging VRBO listing as it states all guests receive a flower arrangement and chocolates and local fruit and this is not given ....i would of liked to see tub surrounding cleaner and work on Lanai floor ...This did not affect our stay of 6 weeks tho and we had a Awesome Time in Beautiful Time MAHALO AS m

Great location

Easy access to the pool and beaches. The condo had many amenities - beach toys, chairs, etc. Laundry soap and cleaning supplies provided. The living room picture you see when you first review the condo site is not accurate, despite a written description, in a later picture, noting the modification. I missed that. It is a smaller condo than what I visually expected from the pictures. No place to put luggage. The condo is old and would benefit from some upgrades example outdoor patio, linens and pillows. I understand the importance of termite spraying, but it should be scheduled between rentals, not during.

Lovely week

Almost perfect but we couldn’t get the cable tv to work - maybe our fault. The bathroom sink was partially clogged which for some reason it seems to be a common problem. The kitchen was stocked well with necessary amenities. Also couldn’t get the bedroom air conditioner to work - also maybe our fault. My husband didn’t like how you could hear virtually everything anyone said while walking outside by our bedroom wall but probably not much you could do about it. Subtle complaints but overall ….a lovely facility!

Not hyperbole, PERFECT small family condo!

Trying to keep this short and sweet, but there's no way other than to say that Brie thought of everything for her guests. Full kitchen, utensils, cookware, appliances, even seasonings! Extra towels, blankets, pillows. Sunscreen and after sun in the bathroom. Ready-to-go Beach set (that was utilized fully every single day): chairs, umbrella, coolers, picnic table, sand castle toys, boogie boards, snorkel masks and fins. Cold A/C units for bedroom and living area. Wifi was dependable. Perfect location in kihei, walking distance from anything and everything (beaches, food/ drink, shopping). Ground floor, next to pool, but facing away from wind which was a good thing during a blustery November trip. Only regret was that i forgot to sign her guest log! Family of 4 or less recommended, it's a 1BR/1BA.

The location is perfect and the unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves on the island(the beach chairs, coolers, tons of dishes in the kitchen). All made out stay even better. We came just after the big storm and it was windy so we were at the pool for more than we normally would have been. Loved that it was right behind our unit and being on the ground floor gave us easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

Hello Hector, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with the roaches, however this is not unusual for maui. I’m sure you saw the sign in the front door advising guests that Maui is a tropical island and as such, you may occasionally see these bugs immediately after a pest control spray. They are part of the tropical ecosystem and have nothing to do with cleanliness. As for the garbage and cooler. It was probably overlooked by the cleaning staff and I have informed them to remember to check all the items in the closet but since there are quite a few pieces of beach equipment that I provide, there really isn’t time between guests to open every cooler, umbrella, snorkel set, etc. My cleaners do an amazing job in a limited time space. Since I have never gotten a complaint about either in my 8 years of renting, I’ll consider this a one time over sight. Otherwise, I hope you were still able to enjoy your stay.

Great location!

Property was clean and well stocked with beach supplies. Grocery and restaurants are close by. Charley Young Beach is a short 5 min walk. It is a great sandy beach for swimming without water shoes (no coral). Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and well stocked for everything that you will need for your stay. The location was PERFECT! With it being right next to a great beach we were able to go twice a day. All of the beach equipment that was there to use was perfect and so handy. We would stay again if we are in Maui. Thank you for such a great experience.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

After looking at many, many condos in Maui trying to find the best in terms of amenities, location, management, affordability...I found Maui Vista to encompass everything that I was looking for and at a price good enough to be able to transfer the saving on to you! This property has style, very good management, beauty, location near beaches and walking distance to all your needs, well maintained grounds, tennis courts, pools, BBQ's and much much more which makes this property perfect. This condo in particular has one of the biggest Lanai's and is just steps from the pool and tennis courts. As a ground floor there is no need to walk too far with groceries. It is safe for kids to play and the room itself is comfortable, clean and full of possibilities. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom and living room and a brand new cabinet bed in place of the sleeper sofa for a much better sleeping experience having a solid base and thick mattress. I own the condo immediately next door as well so please let me know if you are interested in renting both!

Kihei has much to offer. The proximity to one of the best beaches in Maui and the layout of Maui Vista with plenty of parking, pools, tennis courts and BBQ's on beautiful grounds make it an all encompassing perfect place to be. Here is just some of what you can enjoy:

Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest, driest end of the island. Once a regular destination for sojourning Hawaiian royalty, Kihei features six miles of beaches, which offer clear views of Kahoolawe, Molokini, Lanai and West Maui. Along with swimming and surfing you can also find great snorkeling and kayaking, and you may even spot a giant humpback whale spouting or breaching the ocean’s surface.

Along-side many of the beaches you'll see volleyball nets open to the public. Many people take advantage of these nets as you will see...its rare not to see people enjoying a fun game with friends/family or newcomers!

Not too far is Kihei’s Kalama Beach Park which has shady lawns and palm trees dotting its 36-oceanfront acres. A blink away are Kalpolepo, Waipuilani and the three beaches of Kamaole. Birdwatchers and nature lovers will find what they’re looking for at Kealia Pond on the north end of Kihei. This National Wildlife Conservation District features endangered Hawaiian stilts and coots.

Also north of Kihei is Maalaea Bay, where pleasure boats launch to take visitors on whale watching expeditions, charter fishing excursions and snorkel trips to Molokini. Maalaea is also home to the family friendly Maui Ocean Center.

You can also browse small shopping malls, a bustling farmers market and a spate of restaurants, all of which cater to residents and visitors alike. Nightlife here includes karaoke spots, dance clubs and sports bars ensuring your Kihei nights are just as fun as your days.
