Ground floor unit in the much desired building #1 - walks right out to pool (no parking lot view from our unit) or 200 actual steps from your poolside lanai to Charley Young beach. New appliances, hickory cabinets, solid granite counters, glass tiled backsplash, custom made matching hickory fold down 'KING' Murphy Wall bed and a well endowed 70 inch wall mounted smart HDTV. Yep...It's a 'BIGGEE' but I've been on Maui when it's rained non stop. Might as well have a little luxury if you're trapped inside. Besides it's so big & swivels you can see it from the lanai....probably the pool....heck, maybe even the beach!

About Mark & Pam

We've been fortunate to travel to Maui many times over the years. We live in Washington State (Here's a vacation unit we own in Washington - #409477) and always wanted to purchase a place on Maui. So in early 2013 we took the plunge. Our contractor completed the remodel in March and we absolutely love the finished unit. Unit 1108 has pretty much been booked solid since the completed renovations and we've had many returning guests. We'd love for you to give us a shot and become a repeat guest too!

Why Mark & Pam chose Kihei

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and it had to be close - we're directly across from one of the best on Maui. Secondly we wanted to be by some 'watering holes & eateries' - there's enough PUB choices to keep things fresh for a months stay. Lastly we wanted a grocery store near by - done...and you can do all three just walking. No other complex is even on the radar for all 3 walking luxuries!

What makes this condo unique

We choose a unit on the ground floor because we love being outside. The Lanai is so much bigger and with the grass right there it just gives you much more room to spread out BUT we also didn't want to be looking at the 'parking lots' like so many units do at the Maui Vista. Our Realtor pointed out this pool front unit and we Pounced!

AWESOME

What a wonderful condo. Can't say enough good things about it. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect. Close to the beach, pool and restaurants. The only thing that would have made it better was if we had more time to spend in Maui. And I can't forget to mention the bed...OMG is that thing comfy! This was my 1st experience with VRBO and it will not be my last. Thank you for such a painless experience.

Nice unit just steps across from the beach and poolside

Clean, modern and everything you could possibly need. Pool right outside the lanai door, 3's Pizza right down the street (wonderful!!!) and a quick walk across the street to an amazing beach! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Rental Across from the Beach !

The condo was great ! Mark thought of everything to make his guests comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable (even better than my one at home). Steps from the pool and a short walk to Charley Young beach. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Mark, Pam and Carissa.

Great location!

One of our first experiences with VRBO and it probably won't be the last! The unit is on the ground floor so a nice big lanai, view of the pool and a short walk across the street to the beach. Doesn't get any better! Lots of chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and beach gear for use on your beach days. The unit was very clean and had pretty much all you would need for a great stay on Maui. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and shopping. Only suggestion would be more towel racks and/or hooks in the bathroom. Not by any means a complaint! Mark was great to deal with and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay in S Kihei. You never know, we just might come back some day!!

Great, cozy condo close to the beach!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here for a week. It is about a two minute walk to the beach and there were multiple places to eat within walking distance. The house was clean and inviting. Thank you!
