Moderni Serenity, todella yksi-of-a-kind, 4 makuuhuonetta, 4 kylpy, joka sijaitsee aivan rannalla. Sinulla on 2700 neliöjalkaa, johon kuuluu avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on runsaasti tilaa perheelle ja ystäville, ranta-aksentti, taulutelevisio koko, täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, korkeat katot, hämmästyttävä täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa perhe ja ystävät voivat kokata yhdessä… tai ei. On olemassa kolme erillistä suurta parveketta, jotka tarjoavat henkeäsalpaavat panoraamanäkymät, mikä tekee siitä t��ydellisen loman. Se on helppo kävellä uima-altaan ohi. kylpytynnyri ja olet rannalla!

Moderni Serenity nukkuu 13, jossa on neljä mukavasti kalustettua makuuhuonetta. Kolme neljästä makuuhuoneesta on king-size-vuoteella ja jokaisella on upeat näkymät. Kuningasmestari-sviitissä on ranta, jossa on oma parveke, yksityinen master-kylpyamme, 50 tuuman litteä Smart TV, mukava istuin kahdelle paeta ja hämmästyttävä työpöytä, jos tarvitset sitä. Toisessa king-makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke, josta on kaunis näköala lahdelle ja kaupunkiin ja 48 tuuman Smart TV. Kolmas kuningas makuuhuone tarjoaa kauniit kuilu näkymät, 46 tuuman taulutelevisio ja erillinen työtila / turhamaisuus.

Lopuksi lapset neljäs makuuhuone huone on täysin katettu ulos ja valmis hauskaa kerrossängyt, jotka nukkuvat jopa 7, 40 "Smart TV, X-Box 360, jossa on useita suosittuja pelejä ja erillinen kylpyamme. Herää joka päivä kuilun aaltojen voimakkaisiin ääniin, heitä ikkunaluukut auki ja vedä aurinkoiselle vedelle jokaisen ikkunan ulkopuolella.

Perfect Penthouse

Clean, bright and beautiful inside and out. A few wonky things, like a broken towel bar and jiggly toilet paper holders but these are very nit-picky things didn’t change anything but that we only noticed.

The view is amazing! Close to everything, very clean, and plenty of room for everyone to be together or have quiet time alone. The balconies are the perfect place to enjoy quiet conversation or be one with the dolphins in the ocean! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with my family!

While the weather in Destin didn’t fully cooperate, we had a great stay at Modern Serenity. The place was very nice sized, great for 2 families. The beach was private. Beach Chair rental is a bit pricey

Thank you for the wonderful stay earlier this month. The size and location was perfect and overall everything was great. We really enjoyed the spacious balconies, views and open living area. The down side for us was accommodations in the condo were extremely basic... We all travel often and are used to places having certain items standard such as at least one blow dryer available, at least one box of tissues/Kleenex, enough coffee for the first morning and basic spices in the kitchen like salt/pepper.

Three Family Vacation

Excellent property, great vacation. Great Views and easy access to the beach. Great central location close to plenty of things to do. We had 3 family's of 4 people each for a full week and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen is top shelf, well equipped, and the grilling area was very nice as well. Simple, easy, and active during the day, quiet at night. This place was more than we could have asked for. Would highly recommend. And, special thanks to Shannon and Jilenna at Forever Vacation Rentals, they were very helpful, communicated everything very well, and made the whole process very easy, they were great to deal with.

Destin at the top

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The unit has a general "well used" feel about it and needs some TLC both in maintenance issues and upgrades to furniture / fixtures. Propery Manager was very responsive to most of the requests; some, like the mattress with a huge hole in it had to be referred to the owner. Check out was a bit rude, cleaning crew showed up 45 minutes early, walking in without knocking; then maintenance was at door changing the lock key code right at 10 a.m. without even checking to see if we were still in the room. Location on the beach is excellent; needs some shade at the pool; pool service at beach is excellent even if a bit expensive. One parking spot for a 4 bedroom unit sleeping 12 is seemingly a bit weak but we made it work. Elevators are prompt but not well cleaned.

Great stay!

We had 11 people staying in this location, 8 adults and 3 children. The layout was set up perfectly for us to all have our own space, bathrooms, etc. The balconies were very spacious and you simply cannot beat that view! It was fairly clean aside from sandy floors, which I realize is a never ending battle. I would have liked to have seen at least some basic spices stocked. No salt & pepper even?! The dryer went out during our stay but the maintenance man was there promptly to evaluate and had it fixed in a timely manner. Great communication from him. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we are already looking at dates to come back!

Perfect beach vacay

Destin’s crystal clear emerald water is amazing especially being viewed from the 16th floor penthouse, Modern Serenity in Destin Towers. Couldn’t have gotten much better than this rental. Updated decor, clean & spacious unit with VERY comfortable beds, lots of seating, highly functional, large, well stocked kitchen, impressive master bedroom & bath that just cannot be compared to others, and, oh, did I already mention the amazing views of the gulf from the fabulous balconies?!!! Older, somewhat smallish building with a gated under cover parking spot. Nice clean, heated pool & hot tub area, friendly beach rental guys, kayak rentals & a Tiki Hut bar & grill just a short walk down the beach. We had one small glitch where we set off the alarm after a thunderstorm & maintenance was right on it minutes after we called. All in all, a truly wonderful vacation to remember.

Awesome condo

This is a great condo and can fit and feed lots of people. The kitchen is extremely stocked with everything you need which is quite unusual. In the past, I have had to buy kitchen supplies, cups, flatware, etc. but not this place. There is enough kitchen utensils, plates, etc. to feed an army. The living area is big enough and the bedrooms are away from each other which gives you privacy and quietness when you need it. One bedroom sleeps up to 8 people! More condos should have a bunk room like this place. A great room for all the kids. The other three bedrooms have king size beds with big screen TVs, however, the TVs were rarely used. The master room is huge with a private balcony. This unit is one of two on the 16th floor, so there is even more privacy. If you choose Destin, you cannot go wrong with this condo. I will definitely try to rent it again.

Amazing Gulf Views

The property around and the building itself was not so well kept. When we arrived on Saturday a glass door exiting to the pool/beach walkway had been cracked and broken in several pieces. A hand written note attached for caution. Very dangerous especially with small children who push on the glass to help open the door. Giving grace I assumed it was the weekend and by Monday it would have been repaired. It was not throughout the week or our entire stay. The Penthouse was lovely and served our family well. The bathrooms were not the cleanest upon arrival. One appeared not to have been cleaned at all. The views of the Gulf from the balconies were spectacular from sunrise to star gazing at night. The balcony furniture was also fantastic and we enjoyed the rocking chairs as a bonus! Distance to the beach was great especially with small children. We had decent weather and a wonderful week making memories!

Joyful vacation experience

This condo is huge and unbelievably clean! Loved "keying in" on the numbered push pad! No keys to keep track of. My husband and I played "Marco, Polo" in order to find each other as we got there first and the place is big enough to get "lost" in. Our daughters and their families, which included 3 grandchildren had room to spare. The covered parking space was wonderful and there was ample parking for other family members who arrived separately. Luggage carts were available to help unload the baggage and groceries. Maintenance came quickly on a Sunday when one of bathroom sinks needed attention. We rarely rode up in the 2 elevators with other guests. We liked the fact that the building is small for a beach condo. The living room balcony was separate from the Master Bedroom balcony. Both huge balconies had very nice outdoor furniture. Pool chairs were available when we needed them. We were able to rent a couple beach chairs with an umbrella for the week. There was a beachfront restaurant about a mile north of the condo that welcomes patrons in bathing suits. Perfect place for a Bloody Mary later in the morning when the "old folks" took a leisurely beach walk! Food there was fantastic. Our favorite family activity was renting a pontoon boat, with a "lily" pad and visiting crab island, which isn't an island at all! If you go there, we found more sea life (large hermit crabs) by the sand dune to the west of crab island. Loved this family vacation!

First the good: views were great, location was good, and when there were issues, it was easy to get ahold of someone, who definitely attempted to fix things. The place had both a coffee pot and Keurig, which was a nice touch...just wish we’d have known ahead of arrival. Also, if traveling with multiple families or varying ages, it was nice that the four bedrooms were essentially divided into 3 separate sleeping areas, making privacy easily accomplished. Unfortunately, the place wasn’t completely cleaned upon arrival. One of the bathrooms had dirty washcloths left behind, the patio table, chairs and rug were pretty gross from the last group of people who were there, and some of the interior rugs and table surfaces hadn’t been cleaned. We did call upon our evening check in once we noticed the dirty washcloths and they came out the next day to clean the shower and also take care of the outdoor dining area and some of the stuff left behind on the living room rug. The lady handling things did give us an extra free adventure, which was nice. Beyond that, the beds seemed a little old and are lumpy, the pillows aren’t very nice, and the doors and trim all throughout are pretty gross and dirty...especially all the interior doors. It also seemed like the floors needed to be mopped. In some areas it looked like someone spilled food or liquid that was never cleaned up. The living room furniture was probably the most comfortable place to sit in the place. All things considered, this isn’t a place I’d stay again.

Staying in Destin? Try Modern Serenity

If you are looking to stay on the beach for a family or multi family vacation; try Modern Serenity. Direct access to the beach with plenty of beautiful white sand; with its own pool as well. Multiple balconies provide gorgeous views from morning to evening. Close to a large variety of attractions and great restaurants; very walkable or an easy drive. This unit has plenty of space for multiple families as well as a perfect kid's room with great bunks. There is enough living space to spread out to watch TV or play games or sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The kitchen is large; with modern appliances and plenty of work space. There is plenty of seating facing into the kitchen; providing a great conversation space while cooking. There is also a full laundry room right off the kitchen for any laundry needs. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy Destin and its beautiful beaches.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations, which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helping to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley and Jax. Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are!
