Lake George and Adirondacks

30 Day minimum Rental. Enjoy the summer or Fall at our Bolton Landing Brook Street Retreat in our charming two story, fully updated home, with two lovely screened porches and a backyard in the heart of Bolton Landing.

Sit on the porches and relax or use our fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for preparing family meals. or skip the cooking and clean up and take a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and eateries in Bolton Landing and treat yourself.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. There is also a washer and dryer.

30 day minimum. Our home is only a short walk to two Town beaches on Lake George, The Sagamore and all the shops and restaurants on the Main Street in Bolton Landing. Also enjoy all the fun and excitement that Saratoga Springs has to offer, which is only a 30 minute ride!

A signed rental agreement must be received to grant access to the home. All rentals incur administration and cleaning fees, taxes and deposit plus VRBO fees.

Due to Bolton Landing’s new and short term rental law we only offer this property for rent for a minimum of 31days. You could of course choose to leave before your monthly rental ends but your rental agreement will be for 31 days and you will have access to the premises for such time.

Better than the pictures

Stayed here with mine and my brother's families 10 people our kids range 13-22. Beautiful kitchen, lovely porches, 3 queen beds, full over full bunks and twin bunks so plenty of space. Incredibly clean. Perfect location to walk to town and beach. Bolton's Lansing is a cute town nowhere near as touristy as Lake George Village. Would definitely stay again. Perfect getaway.

Perfect!

This house is even better than the listing! Beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Screened in porches were a favorite hangout. Short walk to grocery store, beach, shops and restaurants. Live music at more than one restaurant nightly. Certainly hope to return next year!

Bolton landing house on Brook Street

We have come to Lake George for many years but always camped on the islands. We've had some health setbacks so that wasn't going to work this year. We stayed in this truly lovely home for a week and had a lovely time. We didn't enjoy Bolton Landing as much as we expected to, but that's mostly because when we go to Lake George we like to swim and boat with the total freedom that living on an island offers. What I'm trying to say is that if the location was even a bit disappointing, that was mostly due to our incorrect expectations. We should mention though that the tops supermarket was wonderful. The only negative about the house was getting the hang of operating the ceiling fans in each room. Overall the place is great and these people are delightful to work with.

Great location

This was perfect for our 3 families totaling 9 people. There was plenty of space and the back porch was wonderful. Walking distance to town was great because we didn’t need to find parking for 2 cars. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing

The stay at this house with my family was nothing short of amazing. The back porch was the favorite spot of the house. We played games, ate dinner out there and drank our morning coffee. There was a nice stash of toys and movies for the kids as well. Very short walk to the town for a nice time in the shops or grabbing ice cream at night. Loved that there was a full grocery store there as well. Beaches we so clean. We will def be back!

Great Time

My family (9 adults, 2 children under 2) had a wonderful experience at Bolton Landing. The house is in a great location, easy walk to the center of town and beach. The screen-in porches were a blessing, we spent most of our time there. Clean, well kept and Carrie was a pleasure to work with. Best Vacation! Perfect Rental in Town!

This was our first trip to Bolton Landing and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. This house is a short 2 block walk to town and there is plenty of space for two families with children. The Owner provides everything you need for lake day at Roger's Park beach including a wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, and even beach towels. The back screened-in deck was our favorite gathering spot to eat and play games. The ceiling fans throughout the first floor (with the windows closed during the day) kept the house temperature very comfortable even on the hottest day. I would 100% recommend this home.

Great week in Bolton Landing

My family's stay on Brook Street was very enjoyable. The house was just as described and more. It was neat, clean, and well equipped. The front and back porches were especially nice to have. From the time I booked, we had excellent communication from Carrie O'Connell. And while we did not need to contact her during our stay, I felt confident that she would respond immediately. The property is so convenient to town, basically 2 blocks from the main street. There are several great restaurants within walking distance of the house, which is important because parking in Bolton can sometimes be a challenge. It's a terrific house and I would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful home in a walkable neighborhood

One of the best things about this house is its location- just a few blocks from where the action is in Bolton Landing. Feel like ice cream at Ben & Jerry's? Just a few blocks away! Did you forget to get eggs at the grocery store? A quick walk to Tops, a full service grocery store! How about the beach? Load up the wagon (provided) with beach toys and babies and you're off! The house itself is well appointed with nice furnishings and a big kitchen. Best of all are the not one, but two screened in porches! Plenty of room for our toddler grandkids to run around and enjoy themselves! The back patio has a fire pit & grill and its all around a very nice property. With that said, I think its important for prospective renters to know a few things. First of all, the stairs to the bedroom level are a bit steep and the landing is a little awkward. I would not recommend this property to anyone with difficulty negotiating stairs. Another disappointment was that while the listing says "air conditioning", the main floor is not air conditioned and only 3 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. This was problematic for us because we were there one of the hottest weeks of the summer. One of the rooms with a queen bed was brutal on the hottest nights without a/c. In most other rooms, including the porches, there are ceiling fans and they are a big help. Also, if you're going out for the day it helps to keep the house cool if you close all windows before you leave. Unless you are visiting in July or August you should be OK.

Nice house in a great location in Bolton landing.

My family did enjoy this house and they especially loved the front porch that was often the gathering spot at the end of the day. My wife are both in our 70's and all bedrooms on the 2nd floor with its steep staircase was a little bit of a problem. As I mentioned all bedrooms on 2nd floor , but the only shower was on the first. Proved to be a problem at times. Overall we enjoyed this house and its location

House is beautifully decorated and equipped for a family.

Rooms are nicely decorated and furnished for comfort and function. Spacious inside including furnished front porch and rear enclosed deck both screened in for day and night use. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and dining area easily seats eight and 2 high chairs. Proximity to town (short 2 block walk to town) and another two blocks to Rogers Beach is a super convenience. The owner extremely responsive and supportive prior to and during our stay.

Excellent 5-night stay in early June

Stayed at this property for 5 nights. This is a great summer vacation spot: there is plenty of room to relax with family and friends. The house is very clean and well-kept. Carrie was very responsive and helpful! The location is great: it's very close to a Tops Supermarket in Bolton Landing that is very reasonably priced. The restaurants just down the street were great too. 10/10 would stay again!

Spacious Home in Ideal Location

We have rented other homes in Lake George and this is the nicest one we have stayed in yet! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in or bar-b-que in the back. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit on the back deck. The walk into town was quick and easy. We will definitely stay again next year.

Beautiful House

You cannot beat this house for the price. Plenty of sleeping room, excellent living room and kitchen. The screened in porch is amazing, especially because of the bugs. Also the firepit was a great touch. House is very easily within walking distance to the main street of town and the lake. Will be my first go to place next time I visit. Cannot beat it.

What a great place!!

We were very impressed with this home. I have rented before and this was by far the best. It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. It has excellent features like the screened in porch and open air well furnished patio with a fire pit. It is in a great location to town within walking distance to anything you might want to do.

Loved this house!

We attended a friend's wedding at the Sagamore over the Memorial Day weekend and needed a more affordable option. 11 Brook Street fit the bill. This house was perfect. Lots of space for up to 12 people. Perfect spot to prepare meals and enjoy company. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House - Great Location

Our family stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. The house was super clean and well kept. The assortment of DVDs and VHS tapes to watch was a special treat for our kids. The house is an easy walk to town and the pizza at Cate's was delicious. Carrie was very quick to respond to my questions and was great to deal with. We are looking forward to coming back over the summer. We would recommend this property.
