House is perfect for a family or a romantic retreat. A short walk down the hill to the town of Bolton with restaurants, bars and the lake. Wake up each morning and enjoy a coffee on the wrap-around porch. Have an evening by the fire pit or play some games in the spacious flat yard.
1 Queen in Master Bedroom, upstairs are 2 Full beds and a Bonus King Bed in Loft Area. Ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
Located 1/2 mile up from 9N, and the charm of downtown Bolton Landing with family friendly restaurants, unique shops, antiques, ice cream shop, candy store, local grocery store, 2 Town Beach/parks. Take a short scenic walk to the world renowned Sagamore Hotel where you can enjoy the grounds or enjoy a meal in any of its scenic venues. For those looking for skiing- the house is a short 30 min drive to West Mountain, 40 min drive to Gore Mountain, and just over an hour drive to Whiteface. Wake up each morning and enjoy a coffee on the wrap-around porch. Have an evening by the fire pit.
Only 15 minutes from the Village of Lake George with free trolley runs from Bolton Landing to the Village and back. Area attractions include outlet shopping, kayaking, boat rentals, steamship cruises, Six Flags Great Escape amusement park, horseback riding, hiking, and fishing, just to name a few!
Also enjoy all the fun and history that Saratoga Springs has to offer, which is only a 30 minute ride.

32-mile Lake George, Queen of American Lakes, is located in the southeastern region of the Adirondack State Park with easy access from the New York State Adirondack Northway (I-87). It is surrounded by mountains: Prospect, Tongue, Shelving Rock, Buck, Little Buck, Sleeping Beauty, Pilot Knob, French, Black, Cat, Thomas and Cook.
It was named one of the 20 Best Places to Go in 2018 by Time’s MONEY Magazine; one of America’s coziest mountain towns by (2016); the most beautiful lake in the US by (2015); and one of the six most beautiful lakes in the US by ABC News (2015).

Winter Escape

The cutest house we have rented. Cozy and perfect for the 5 of us (mom/dad and 3 young adult kids). Loved the fireplace and short walk to town. Highly recommend!

Girls’ Weekend

Very cute Adirondack-y home was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Weather was cold and wet so we truly enjoyed indoor propane fireplace and cozy setting. Owner was very responsive to our questions and sent us suggestions of things to do given the weather.

Property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean inside and out.

We had a great time in the peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of room in a well stocked kitchen with plenty of linens and accessories. We were also welcomed with a great gift basket! So relaxing! We will be back!

The home we rented was perfect for us. kitchen was well appointed, with all the little extra's we needed. Communication with Cheryl was easy and helpful. We would love to return some day.

The perfect stay

Our host Cheryl was very cordial and kept us in the loop with traveling and inclement weather. The house was immaculate and cozy. The house had everything we needed to live comfortably for our stay. We did some cooking but enjoyed the short drive down the hill to dine in Bolton. We would gladly stay again. Shay-NJ

Beautiful Setting / Fabulous Host! Received 18" of snow over our holiday weekend - fast responses from host on snow removable. House is well stocked with basic necessities for eating in. Warm and Cozy Cabin - close to everything. Would love to come back and visit in the summer!

Great Family Getaway!

My husband, young son, and I had the BEST week! This home has everything we wanted and enough space to spread out and truly relax with all of our favorite Bolton amenities. Cheryl was great in communicating and providing recommendations from restaurants to which rooms were great for napping. The house was beautifully decorated in the spirit in the Adirondacks. We loved the fire pit and indoor fireplace.

This house is so charming!!

We were so impressed with this sweet house; it had everything we needed, and more. The owners have paid such attention to detail so that everything works, and the house and yard are immaculate. They thoughtfully left us a basket of snacks, some backup items in the bathroom, and a big book of brochures for the area. They even provided condiments in the fridge and cabinets. We loved our stay here!

Perfect spot just up the hill

This house checked off all the boxes. Very clean and well taken care off. Short distance from downtown Bolton Landing. Family of 5 and everyone had there own spot, important with three teens. Firepit at night was great. The host was great and even left a nice smores pack for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation!

The house was fabulous. Our family consisted of six adults and one baby and there was plenty of room for all of us. The wrap around porch was a great place to relax with a cup of coffee and it was the perfect spot for my 1 year old grandson to play outside. The house is clean and very well maintained and the location is excellent. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property for your next family vaction!

Great stay in Bolton Landing

Our stay at this home was very enjoyable. The communication with Cheryl was excellent, both ahead of our arrival on a bad weather day, and during our checkout process. She was kind enough to leave snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. The house was quite spacious for two of us, and included everything we needed. Also, the location was convenient for driving into Lake George village. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at Frederick’s, a restaurant just down the road from the house. It was really a wonderful getaway for us!

Weekend Getaway

Booked this stay a little last minute for Presidents Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. Cheryl gave us long list of suggestions of places to eat and explore while we were there which was amazing. Kitchen had a lot of fridge/pantry staples and then the grocery store was just down the hill for everything else we needed for the weekend. Washer and dryer was something I didn't think about but was very grateful for since my kids spent a lot of time out in the snow! Overall it was a great cozy place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip

We had the most wonderful trip to this cabin. It was so clean and perfect for our little family! It had all the decor and feel of being on a disconnected and relaxing lake vacation with many updated amenities like a smart tv and Wi-Fi! The owner was so responsive and gave us the best tips ! She also left us s’mores to make with our kids which was such a treat! The house is near the lake and town within a 3-5 min drive and lake George is about 20. It was great! We hope to be back next year!

Nice stay at Bolton Landing

We chose to rent a house rather than stay at a hotel for this year’s visit to Lake George and this place was close to the Village and we could bring our dog. Cheryl was easy to work with throughout the process. If I had to choose a negative I would say that the photos make the place look larger than it actually is. The stairs are a bit steep, which made it difficult for the older members of the family to access the main bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great family vacation spot

The house is cozy, but gave us enough space to be comfortable having a friend along as well. We especially enjoyed the firepit outside and the proximity to the main strip in Bolton Landing.

Relaxing vacation with family

My husband and son enjoyed their stay , said the house was very clean and located in a perfect location to access everything, but far enough away from all the bikers as to enjoy some peace and quite also.

Exactly what we needed!

Cheryl was an amazing host, she had everything at the house ready for us when we checked in, even had the heat nice and toasty. She gave us an overview of the area and what stores/ restaurants were around. The house was exactly as described, she had games like croquet and cornhole in the garage, board games in the closet and a washer dryer! This was an adorable Adirondack stay for a ski trip. We had a great time and looking to come back in the summer months for some fun on the lake!

Hiking weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The communication with the owners was easy and timely. Great location with a short drive into Bolton Landing and easy to travel to thec surrounding areas. Highly recommended.
