Adjacent to the house there are bus stops, public gardens with a soccer and basketball field and a children's area. At 150 meters the church of San Leone Magno with the oratory.

The accommodation

Recently the accommodation (60 sq m net + 15 sq m mezzanine) has been completely and finely renovated with high quality materials; is a space with attention to the smallest details with high-end accessories, characteristic and optimal for hosting families, couples or groups of 4 or 5 people.
There is a large open living room (36 sq m) with utility room, kitchen with oven, microwave, large total nofrost fridge, toaster and dishwasher, an extendable table (from 90x90 to 90x165 cm) and a sofa bed (mattress size 90x200). The relaxation area features a 40-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, stereo and blue ray player. The bedroom (15 m2) with a large 4-door wardrobe, opens onto a lovely balcony overlooking the greenery and the double bed (170x190) is possibly divisible into two singles. The "complete" bathroom also has a bathtub and washing machine. Guests also have a mezzanine (15 m2) with a desk and a two-seater sofa bed. A comfortable changing table for babies is also available when needed. A second emergency service, (toilet and sink) on the mezzanine can only be used when at least 4 beds are booked.

Recently, the house (60 + 15 sq. M.) Has been completely renewed and it is perfect to host families, couples and groups of 4 or 5 people.
There is a big open space livingroom (36 sq. M.) With a kitchen (with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave), an extensible table and a divan-bed. The toilet includes a bath and a washing machine. The bedroom has got a lovely balcony with a view on a green area and the bed can be split into two single beds. Moreover, the hosts are offered a second wooden floor (15 sq. M.) With a desk, a divan-bed, an emergency second toilet (wc + lavabo) is available when 4/5 people reserve.
Guests have access to all the spaces on the floor of the house and, moreover, to a splendid wooden mezzanine with all its comforts.

The hosts may use all the areas of the house and, moreover, the wooden second floor with all its facilities.

Interaction with guests

We are available to provide you with any useful information and to solve any problems, living very close to the house (100 meters). Upon check in, guests must pay cash the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence of 3 euros per person per night, over 12 years of age (maximum for 7 nights).

Other things to highlight
The apartment, perfectly soundproofed and thermally insulated, has an armored entrance door and bedroom shutter, athermic wood / aluminum frames. In the room there are orthopedic nets, in solid beech, adjustable, top of the range, new hypoallergenic viscoelastic mattresses. Are available, free of charge: WI-FI, Ethernet socket, telephone to receive and make calls according to the wind-infostrada All Inclusive contract (Italy: all landlines and mobile phones; landlines of the USA, Canada and central-western Europe without limits) not all other paid calls and services are enabled. On request, with a small contribution (2.50 euros per day), a 4G wifi poket ("bar of soap" x 10 devices) of 100 giga per month is available, to be taken anywhere during your stay. Under the house there is the bus stop 36/37 to go in 10 minutes in the historic center (ZTL area) and another in front of the house direct for Siena and for characteristic Chianti locations.
At check in you have to pay in cash a "tourist tax" of the City of Florence of 3 euros per day per person up to a maximum of 7 days.
Children under 12 and 100% disabled do not pay.
