The communication from our host was excellent. Having access to multiple pools, hot tubs, and the lazy river was amazing. The beach access and complementary chairs were wonderful. The room was exactly what we needed for a family of four. We will certainly visit again.

Bill is the perfect host. Condo is immaculate and perfectly located to anything you wish to do. I always have a fabulous experience and how communication is top tier. I look forward to returning every chance I get. Would DEFINITLEY recommend and I will be a returning guest every chance I get.

Great view of the Gulf. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins swim. The condo is in a good location to go to Destin or stay in the Ft. Walton Beach area. It is very kid friendly as well.

Our condo stay was great. Condo was clean but could use a refresh on a few things, minor like grout deep clean for tub and shower and the cushions on bar stools are worn and stained Not a deal breaker for us but would be nice to see those refreshed. Loved the location and amenities great view. Communication was great. Slightly concerned that the elevators on the gulf side which we were in did not have updated inspection information. They expired on August 1st 2026 and they had their own staff working on one and after they “worked” on it the elevator on the right no longer had any paperwork in the frame. Elevators were kinda sketchy. Did notice the bayside elevators both had updated service and inspection paperwork expiring August 1 2027. I would stay here again in this unit but the elevator thing made me very nervous, what else does the office hide or not keep updated properly? Not the fault of the host at all. It’s all on the property manager of the gulfside. The bayside seemed more by the book and put together. Hope gulfside will get to that level.

We had the best vacation we could have hoped for. Condo was as advertised. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was very responsive to our questions and very courteous. The complex was wonderful. Multiple pools, a lazy river and absolutely beautiful ocean views and access. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return sometime in the future.
