Beautiful home with a once in a lifetime location. Easy drive to and from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge with all the feeling of country mountain living! House had everything needed, stores within five mins if you need something, and a view to take your breath away! The weather was perfect and the creek was the cherry on top! Hot tub worked amazing, kids enjoyed the trails and foozeball table and the drive way wasn’t hard to drive up either. Neighbors were super friendly as you drove up the road to cabin! Nothing negative I can say! I will be going back!!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Please come again soon!
Cozy and peaceful cabin
The cabin was perfect. Cozy and peaceful but close enough to Gatlinburg that we went twice on our trip. The creek was amazing and we even awoke to a blanket of snow on our last day, looked like a post card.
Great for seclusion and privacy ,
Great place to stay, the road was a little rough on my little Hyundai but otherwise had a great trip
The property was nice and clean. There was a snap l small ladybug problem but it was easily overlooked. The kitchen was great, hot tub was great, and so was the fire place and outdoor fire pit. Not mentioned in the property description, there is about a .75 mile long trail that begins in the backyard that made for a great morning walk. The only downsides to the cabin is the roads are pretty rough, especially the last bit close to the property. It was a little challenging for my little Hyundai but I'm sure trucks/SUVs would have no problem. Also telephone service was pretty spotty, which was expected with the rural area we were in. Overall it made for a great vacation
Overall very nice cabin, easy drive to town
I liked the spacious house, nice property, stream runs through, has fire pit. The house is stocked with all the necessities you need, extra pillows and blankets, direct tv, jacuzzi... the water has no smell, no issues here as prior people complained.
The property manager Debbie is top notch! Can’t say enough nice things about her, easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had thoroughly.
About our trip, we visited Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge, both easy drives from the cabin. Went to Hatfield and McCoy’s dinner show 5stars!, Cade’s cove, ober Gatlinburg skiing (all day event), drove through the smokies site seeing.... kids had a blast. It did snow the first day, but it was a light dusting. All in all we had a great time.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 star review, is because the septic backed up and drained all over the front walkway to the house, this completely froze over making it unsafe to walk that way, looks as though they had issues with this before because of the pavers placed. Also the master bed is very uncomfortable, my fiancé and I rolled to the middle all night, it sunk down quite a bit. Otherwise very nice cabin.
Perfect family get-a-way!
This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The beds were cozy, the cabin was extremely well stocked, from extra blankets to a high chair and playpen, and even baby gates! We did not need any of these but it was so nice to see how thoughtful the owners are!
The cabin is very secluded and if it is icy or snowy I would highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle for the driveway.
The property is very private and has a nice stream that roars when it rains! It was just lovely! The fooseball table provided family fun, and they did have several board games!
Hot tub was very nice as was the hammock! This cabin really has it all, I highly recommend it!
