Cette maison est nouvelle sur le marché de la location et la maison de plage incroyablement magnifique peut accueillir toutes vos vacances et fêtes de famille!

Le 712 Maldonado Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Les mariages sont également les bienvenus et la maison est finie à un niveau extrêmement élevé (la cuisine est incroyable!) avec six chambres, 3. 5-bain, deux ponts massifs donnant sur le golfe et la maison peut accueillir 20 en tout! La maison offre une vue directe sur le golfe et se trouve à seulement 500 minutes de la plage pour vous mettre à l'aise dans les vagues et le sable. Il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement sous la maison et dans les deux allées pour accueillir de grands groupes. La piscine privée avec terrasse en travertin peut être chauffée pendant les mois les plus froids. La maison a un roi maître avec sa propre salle de bain privée, trois chambres doubles, où deux d'entre elles partagent un bain dans le hall et deux d'entre elles partagent un bain Jack and Jill, et il y a aussi deux chambres supplémentaires avec un lit superposé superposé lits et un simple lit gigogne. Le salon dispose de trois canapés pour de nombreux sièges, dont un canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme.

De plus, ne manquez pas de visiter le musée de l’aviation navale de Pensacola (à environ 20 minutes de distance), qui abrite un incroyable musée, et de regarder les Blue Angels s’exercer!

Perfect family house

We found the perfect spot for a large family! The spacious kitchen with open floor plan made it perfect for hanging out together. Quick easy walk to the beach and the heated pool kept the littles busy. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay for a large family

This house worked for the amount of people we had staying there. We had the pool heated during our stay and it was a nice thing to have. The extra frig was nice to have. We would stay again.

The only concerns we had were the queen beds were very hard so maybe add mattress toppers? and the kitchen could use more than two hand towels and two dish rags. The microwave went out mid-week and they came right out and brought another one after I notified them.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Modern appliances and had 2 refrigerators. Cooked out a couple of nights and grill was excellent. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. It was a very short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we were at the pool which was wonderful. Dealing with Paradise Beach Homes is so easy to deal with. Will definitely rent this house again.

Much needed COVID escape

The beach was a short walk, the ocean views were unobstructed. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog, and the heated pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids. Only half-complaint is that the tile flooring throughout made the house pretty loud.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Beach Home, GulfView from both covered decks, spacious well-equiped kitchen, with only a short walk from back gate to Beach access. Everything we had hoped for!!!! And then some.....However, when we stopped at the rental office to book the week in June 2023 we were given a figure that reflected a 44% increase. Outrageous! If owners are expecting inflation at that rate.....what can we expect gas, food and utilities to be in 2023?We would have definitely rebooked had the price held or reflected a reasonable increase.
