Varenna Paradise 2 Apartment

In the village of Perledo, near hiking trails and surrounded by greenery of nature, there is Varenna Paradise 2. The apartment has a beautiful panoramic lake view of Lake Como and is located in a completely renovated villa.

Varenna Paradise 2 is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of a studio with a cooking area, a sofa bed with mattress of 120 cm and a single bed as well as a bathroom with shower. A small panoramic balcony and a private parking space complete the apartment. On the ground floor there is a large furnished garden shared with the other guests of the house and is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the fresh air in the evening.

Simply furnished, the apartment features amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning. Varenna Paradise 2 is only 1.5 km from the lake, the famous Varenna, the train station and the ferry, with connections to and from Milan and all the central lake

Beautiful Como view, bedding limited

The unit had a beautiful Como view, a good location especially in relation to the train station in Varenna. The room is in great condition and is very clean. The bedding/bed is limited for couples. There is a single twin bed in the unit and a sofa bed that you can squeeze two people onto but this is not the best idea. The room is not a good place for couples because the bedding is very limited.

Tolle Aussicht - Great view

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, mit 2 Personen schon eng. Man hat aber genügend Platz, seine Sachen zu verstauen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und war für unseren Hund toll. Man kann mit dem Auto direkt vor die Haustür fahren. Die Lage ist ganz toll. Vom Balkon hat man einen super Blick auf den Comer See. Man kann sehr gut zu Fuss nach Varenna laufen, dort ist dann der Bahnhof und die Fähre und der Ort selbst.. Auch ein Hundestrand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man auch wandern oder in Perledo Lebensmittel einkaufen. Wir hatten 2 Wochen einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben nur einmal unser Auto bewegt ********************** The apartment is very small, with 2 people already tight. But you have enough space to stow his things. The property is completely fenced and was great for our dog. You can drive directly to the front door. The location is really great. From the balcony you have a great view of Lake Como. You can walk very well to Varenna, there is the train station and the ferry and the place itself. Also a dog beach is within walking distance. From the apartment you can also go hikingshopping in Perledo food. We had a wonderful holiday for 2 weeks and only moved our car once

Sehr enttäuschend

Erstmal das Positive, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend! Das war’s aber leider schon. Als wir angekommen sind haben wir den Schlüssel in der Agentur geholt was mitten in der Stadt ist. (Parkplatzsuche sehr schwierig) Wurde gemeistert , dann ging’s zur Unterkunft. Da saß auf der Treppe jemand und wartete auf seine Schwester und wollte sauber machen, Nachmittags 15:15Uhr. Als wir in die Wohnung sind sah es noch fürchterlich aus vom Vorgänger! Wäre kein Problem wird schnell sauber gemacht! Nach 20 Minuten waren Sie fertig!!!!! So sah es auch aus. Noch Zahnpastareste vom Vorgänger im Waschbecken, Kühlschrank nicht sauber gemacht, Staub in allen Schränken und eine Couch so hart das kein Mensch drauf schlafen kann sowie ein Bett für eine Person. In der Küche gab es nur 1 Weinglas und das in Italien. Töpfe und Geschirr musste alles nochmal aufgewaschen werden, da noch Reste vom Vorgänger dran waren und das alles für 2.100€ für zwei Wochen. Alles in allen waren die Möbel schon sehr abgewohnt, welches man für den Preis doch verlangen sollte. Wir fanden das alles nur Abzocke vom Zimmer über die Parkplätze bis hin zum Freibad Lige 10€ Schirm 15€ usw.
