Our south facing corner unit is well lit and provides breathtaking waterway views from virtually every room within the unit. The 2 bed / 2 bath condo has just been renovated. The living room, dining room and bedrooms have all been completely refurnished and updated. The entire unit has new floors, beds, bath vanities & mirrors, 40" wall mounted Smart, HD TV's for Netflix, Microwave, light fixtures and ventilation ducting as well as, new ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. The kitchen has new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. This bright and airy unit features vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas.

Drive through the Valley at Eastport, one of the areas most beautifully maintained 18 hole golf courses to arrive at your waterfront oasis. Our unit overlooks the Intracoastal waterway to a golf course across it. Once you arrive, you will slip into all the peace and serenity our condo provides. The property has two pools to choose from. The pools offer plenty of sunshine or covered and tree shaded areas as well as, an area to barbecue.

Enjoy all the area attractions from this private paradise. The condo is only minutes away from public beach access located in the beautiful Cherry Grove Beach district. It is also located near restaurants, amusement parks, world-class shows, dinner theaters, miniature golf, water cruises, water sports, fishing, casino boats and shopping!

Please Note: No smoking or pets are allowed on property, any evidence of either will result in loss of deposit and any additional cleaning fees. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, golf carts and/or motor homes are not allowed in Spinnaker Cove.

Pride in ownership

Easy to see that the owners take great care of their home. The condo has everything you need to feel at home, it's clean, close to beach, 2 pools and a golf course. The view from the screened in patio is beautiful. A little slice of heaven. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A Little Bit of Heaven!

This was a truly fantastic place to stay! Right on the Intercoastal Waterway and as peaceful as could be. The home was decorated impeccably with everything you could need!! We stayed the month of March. Yes, it was a bit chilly but it didn't really matter because the views were wonderful from the back porch. We highly recommended to stay in Little River and this beautiful place.

Summer Family get away

I am from Georgetown which is 1:30 south of Little River but have been living in Atlanta Ga since 1985. We enjoyed our stay on the intercoastal waterway for the entire month of June. It was quiet and we were there to get away from Georgia, watch our son play collegiate baseball in the Cal Ripken Collegiate league and hit the beach. It was very enjoyable and the owners were very nice.

Great location and very nice condo. We had a wonderful time.

Unit was clean and well appointed, just as pictured. Everything we needed was there. Owners were easy to contact and check-in and check-out was hassle free. Location was great; restaurants, beach and intracoastal waterfront activities were all within a few miles. We would recommend the short drive to Cherry Grove Pier and covered parking provided free of charge at the Prince Resort(easily accessible) if you want some beach time. Would not hesitate to recommend this unit; it is convenient, safe and just minutes away from the all that the area has to offer.

Condo has it all

We spent 2 ½ months at this condo – February to April. Pride of ownership is evident and it felt like home. Everything is taken care of and appears new. The 3rd floor condo is accessed via a carpeted staircase. The building is very quiet and parking is in front. We enjoyed watching the tides ebb and flow in a small unoccupied marina behind the building where turtles, egrets and ducks were spotted foraging. The corner unit, with a fully screened balcony, also has a view of the intercoastal waterway where a plethora of boats sailed by each day. The owners were very quick to respond and offered recommendations when needed. Away from the traffic of Myrtle Beach, Little River boasts restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, urgent care and several golf courses. Valley at Eastport Golf course club house and putting green is a two-minute walk from the condo and a driving range with mini putt are across from the entrance to the community. We would highly recommend staying at Chip & Heidi’s getaway.

Truly a waterfront splendor

My husband and I choose this lovely condo because of the view and location. We were in the process of looking for a new home in the Little River area and the condo was centrally located to the beach, Little River historic waterfront, golf, (condo is in the Eastport golf community),shopping and restaurants. Also, another perk about the location is that it is away from the very touristy Myrtle Beach area, so less traffic, but close enough and easy to get there. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. Everything seemed brand new. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The thing we enjoyed most about the condo was the view of the waterway. We loved sitting on the screened balcony, watching the egrets, herons, cormorants and even an osprey, not to mention watching boats sail by. We would highly recommend this condo.

Our stay at East Gate Golf Course

The condo is located off of Rt. 17 at East Gate Golf community. You enter by Driving through a portion of the golf course which looks very nice. The condos are behind the club house. The combos are well maintained and there is plenty of parking. This condo is on the third level and there is no elevator. The stairs are split up with a rest stop on each flight. The condo is on the left corner of the upper level. The inside is very nice and well maintained. We found it very comfortable. The furniture looks new, a big screen tv, sliding doors leading out to a screened in deck. There are two bedrooms and baths, kitchen and dinning area. The deck looks out to the Intracostal Waterway, you can enjoy an afternoon or evening cocktail on the deck while watching the boats pass by, great view. We would recommend this rental to family and/or friends. The owners are very nice to work with also. I hope you take advantage of this property I am sure you will enjoy. H.Knott

The Little River address allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment through major roadways located only a mile or so away. MOST importantly, there are over 20 golf courses located within an 8 mile radius.

Our family of golfers have been visiting the Grand Strand for nearly 40 years. We have always enjoyed the contrast between where we lay our heads at night, and the hustle and bustle the area affords.

What makes this property unique

Fall in love as we have with the Inter-coastal Waterfront views as you watch the shrimp boats, yachts and pleasure craft pass leisurely by. Cool evening breezes and walks through your golf course community, finished perhaps by enjoying a lap or two in one of two pools or, simply "hot tub it" for late night relaxation.
