Thank you for staying with us, extra light bulbs are above the fridge, I am sorry you purchased a trash can, if you had notified me that you needed light bulbs and a different trashcan I would of gotten both items for you ASAP. I am at the resort daily ( even during Bike Week) and you needs would of been my priority. I hope you come back next year for this event. Cindy

After reading your email I went to the condo to inspect the kitchen inventory, there was mor then One Pot, I have put in a few more items but the kitchen was better stocked then your review indicates I am glad your weekend stay was enjoyable

The condo you originally booked was a 2 bedroom deluxe with a side ocean view This condo only gets one parking permit I had to change your unit due to A/C issues in the condo with the ocean view The condo that you stayed in was Direct Ocean with only one parking place. I am sorry for the confusion

I am sorry your 2 night stay was not enjoyable, sounds like you came for entertainment not the Beach and amenities the resort offers. Families love this resort, but maybe for 4 adults it could be boring if you are not beach and sun people. The shower drip has been repaired and I will definitely look into the cleaning situation You stayed at the resort 2 months ago why so long to review? Thanks for staying with us

When you arrived at this condo you did report to me that the stopper in the tub was missing and you said a knob was broken, I asked you what type of knob but I still did not understand what you meant. I contacted maintenance and asked him to bring a tub stopper to the condo and also look for a broken knob in the supposed bathroom. My maintenance person contacted me the following day saying he went to the condo knocked, no one answered he then tried his key card but the Dead Bolt was on the door. he then hung the stopper on the outside door, I tried twice to contact you and ask to please leave the door unbolted or answer if maintenance knocked to allow him in but no response from you. Maintenance did go back the following day but could not enter unit once again. A part for the ice marker is on order, infact it should of been installed. You never mentioned the unit not being clean or I would of sent housekeeping back the day of your arrival. I cannot understand why you would say the staff was unfriendly, the only responsibility of Wyndham's staff was to check you in after that you would contact the owner of the condo with any issues and it seems you did not do that as instructed. Since you departed there have been 3 different parties in this condo and no one reported a broken knob ( I still cannot find it ) the dishwasher not working or any other issues.

Yes the resort does get crowed and at full capacity over Spring Break March is a busy month and there is always one week that is crazy busy and you happened to be there that week. I am sorry about the pool chair, the parking, and elevator issues. It's always been like that and it is something that the resort cannot change but people love this resort and all the amenities and the convivence of have a full condo directly on the beach they just keep coming back! I have been managing condos at this property since 2005 and people love this place! There are pros and cons no matter where you go
