This upstairs villa (one of 2 on the property) has a very sweet deck/patio with BBQ. Don't wait - come experience all that paradise has to offer!
West Beach is quite an unbeatable location much like the center of a wagon wheel, with the beach, the harbor, activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, train station, State Street, The Funk Zone and cafes stretching out in all directions. No need for a car when you stay at one of our units, everything is a short walk or bike ride away!
Professionally interior designed to capture the uniqueness of this design, this property is filled with Santa Barbara local treasures with quality bedding and linens. This property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time...there truly can be âtwo mastersâ in this beach villa.
All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided. We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! Sorry, no pets allowed at this villa. Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices.

Perfect location - couple block walk from the ocean, boardwalk, restaurants and more! Super comfortable for 2 couples. It was nice to have a garage for the car too! Would come back for sure.
The property captures the funky Diego Rivera inspiration on the interior! Full of everything you would need for your stay in the kitchen and the little extra amenities throughout the property. The location is perfect for a beautiful walk to the beach, Funk Zone and so much more!
Really enjoyed SBs attractions, food, and wine. Took easy day trip to Solvang and Los Olivos. Loved Lotusland!!

Wonderful upstairs 2 bed/2 bath unit on quiet street. Just a short walk to shoreline beaches and walking paths, Funk Zone and State Street restaurants and shopping. Professionally managed, well equipped, comfortable and clean.

The place was exactly as listed and in great shape. My wife and I brought out two girls (5 and 2) and they also really enjoyed the space. Easy walks to harbor, wharf, state street, beach, and easy to navigate into and out of the neighborhood.

Everything was pristine and beautiful! All the artwork and colors in the Villa were exactly as described. The location was perfect and the entire process from check in to check out was amazing! We will be back!

That is wonderful to hear! We hope you had time to walk around the neighborhood or beach as well. The homes are beautiful in this area. Having one designated spot for parking is a bonus in our town.
Nice cross breeze though upper floor unit. Everything we needed to cook but close enough to walk to nice restaurants and the beach. Great communication/response from the owners. Comfy beds. Nice grill on the patio. Very clean, stylish, welcoming and well appointed space to hang with family.
We escaped the Seattle winter for this lovely spot near West Beach. Walked to everywhere. Apartment is comfortable and decorated in vibrant colors and art.

Thank you Martha for bringing this up! Due to Covid, our housekeeping company is trying their very best to keep up with demand for vacation homes and CDC guidelines and have limited staff. We appreciate everyone's patience during these sensitive times. They simply ask to start a load of towels to help with the time it takes to do 3 loads of laundry. Sorry you felt the rules were too much, we do let guests know we have a good neighbor policy. 99% of people understand that and it hasn't been an issue.
Nicely appointed upstairs unit in my favorite spot when in Santa Barbara. Large enough for two couples or a family . Easy walk to the Harbor , good restaurants and shopping . As a frequent traveler my only suggestion would be to add a foam topper to the beds . They are extremely hard.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Everyone has a different preference for beds but we have exerienced rave reviews on a whole for these firmer mattresses. Pillow tops are not good as the breakdown in areas over time and create a sort of hill and valley effect after time. So glad you enjoyed your stay!
This villa was perfect for our group of 4 and the location is amazing! Great amenities and plenty of comfortable seating. We walked everywhere, hardly moved our car. Arrival, parking, and all other instructions were very clear. We had no need to contact the host for anything during our stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing location!! 2 blocks to the Main beach. 3 blocks to state street (restaurants). Walking distance to the harbor, Leadbetter, Shoreline park. The unit is just as pictured... gorgeously & brightly colored and meticulous clean. Incredible find and will be back!! Thank you!

Hi Michael. We are not sure what you mean by confronting guests? We have no record of you contacting us during your stay but for sure we are always here to help guests when any issue arises 24/7. That's the Haller Coastal Homes family way. We do want to bring to your attention that wipes of all kinds cannot be flushed. We wish we would have known the toilet backed up during your stay because it caused the downstairs to flood and the property owner suffered much damage. Just a friendly reminder that wipes, even though they say they can be flushed, really wreck havoc on drain lines. Thank you.
Amazing location/ close to everything and aesthetically lovely furnishings. Not the warmest welcome, which was an email with multiple pages of repetitive rules, including warnings not to let the kitchen counters get wet or to put hot things on them. Beds are hardâshould include mattress toppersâand very low water pressure in showers.

Our goal is to consistently achieve 5-star service and ratings as the bulk of our reviews for all of our properties tell how incredible this property is as are our others. We seek to provide the most accurate photos and descriptions of our area, the villa, and our staffing. Where we are perceived to not meet an expected standard we are up for the challenge of meeting and exceeding the same, however we need to know concerns during a stay so we can address them and not after a guest leaves in a review.
We are very sorry you felt our arrival instructions were harsh. We have not experienced this before. We do have a duty to preserve our neighborhood and are by no means hotel operators or allow parties/social gatherings which we were made aware you were not happy about. We do hope you enjoyed the warm welcome of a bottle of champagne and other goodies we leave for our guests to let them know how much we appreciate them and care about their stay in the property.
We do agree that some people prefer "soft" mattresses however it has been our experience that high end firmer mattresses hold up longer and prevent the hammock type mattress feel over time. We are also glad you brought up the countertops. We do explain we appreciate extra care however, we follow that up with the simple fact that our owner does know concrete counters are more delicate and all we ask is a little more care, nothing that would ruin a stay by any means. We hope you felt the fully equipped kitchen, high end linens, garage full of beach gear and all the extras provided for you helped you enjoy your stay.
Really great in every way. Our only suggestion is more blankets! It was cold and there was not one blanket in the house! Another nice touch would be some robes to use while there. Couldnât get Ice maker working. But clean, nice, great location, cute and comfortable!

we were in town for my nieces wedding. My sister and I shared the space. spacious and comfortable. quiet and relaxing with a back deck to have breakfast. well equipped kitchen and easy access to beach and downtown. loved it.
