Lae Nani 423, Stunning Oceanfront View, Newly Remodeled In Tasteful Island Decor

Our ocean front condo has been recently remodeled with all new furniture, kitchen appliances & countertops, Smart TV, window coverings and a new comfy king size bed. From inside our unit and from our lanai, we have a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach area, and beautiful Wailua Bay.
Lai Nani is considered the gem of Kauai’s East side or “the coconut coast”. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers, palms trees and spacious lawns. There is gated private parking, on-site laundry, adjacent to a swimmable beach, a large heated swimming pool, and walking distance to excellent restaurants and farmer's market twice a week. There is a protected ocean pool, (Keiki Pool) for children adjacent to the property. Lae Nani is located 10 minutes north of the Lihue airport, midway between Poipu and Hanalei, so its centrally located for exploring both sides of the Island. There is a bar height table outside on the lanai to enjoy your tropical cocktails andmeals while enjoying the soothing ocean waves. We provide boogie boards, beach towels, and ice chest for the use of our guests.
We have recently added bedroom air-conditioning.

Wonderful condo with a great view, relaxing sounds of the ocean waves, and refreshing breezes! Howard was very attentive and kind regarding any questions we had. The unit is very clean and more stocked with essentials than almost any other rental I’ve stayed in. The bed is very comfortable. When we weren’t out exploring, we spent most of our time on the private lanai enjoying the views. The quiet, beautiful, and well-kept grounds were appreciated. The location of the condo is ideal for visiting different areas of the island. There is a market area just a quick walk from the condo with groceries, treats, restaurants, some live entertainment, and shopping.

This is the best Hawaii condo we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in plenty! The view, set back a short distance from the beach to include the beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping, is magical! We spent most of our week on the lanai or on the beach in front of it- no need to go anywhere for a perfect relaxing getaway! Howard and Patti generously allow the use of a top-shelf espresso machine for morning coffee and we took full advantage! The master bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed with heavy-bottomed skillets for sauteeing that swordfish from the local market, and the high-topped dining chairs on the lanai allow a perfect view table for dining. There are great take-out restaurants at Coconut Marketplace, a three-minute walk away, and the Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant next door offers dining on the beach for a special evening. The view, landscaping, walking path, and access to a fun and yummy restaurant were all excellent.The unit including a dirty shower, old soft couch and soft bed took away from our stay. We were willing to pay a high price because the property and the view looked worth it, but I do think the owners might address our complaints and it would be much nicer. They also need to have directions on how to work the TV.

Perfect relaxing location. We really enjoyed venturing out in the mornings and relaxing at the beach in the afternoon. The owners were very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely we coming back and staying at the same place.

This is a beautiful condo!. Very tastefully decorated and desired amenities. The owner provided many necessities for a wonderful stay, including an espresso maker which we used every day! The view to the ocean is unhindered and a delight all day long. We enjoyed many evenings on the balcony soaking up the beauty. The pool area was also beautiful and relaxing surrounded by tropical plants and ocean view. The condo is in a great location, it seemed central to many activities and eateries. In fact, we walked to several restaurants during our 8 day stay. It was pretty warm during our stay and appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom for sleeping and the see through blinds in the living area when needed. We would stay there again.

Kauai - A wonderful week

We really enjoyed the Lae Nani Resort. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the lanai. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk for food and beverage every night, which was very convenient after long days exploring the beautiful island of Kauai. We hope to be back again.

We’d had an incredible stay! The location was great for us and very manageable to get to both sides of the island. The beach right out front of the unit was so peaceful and not crowded. The unit was spacious with plenty of other accessories like beach chairs, coolers, nice coffee maker, etc. Great place to spend our honeymoon and plan on returning soon!

Well maintained with great location

The property was manicured daily. The pool is large and the location couldn't be better. Walk to a half-dozen restaurants, instant ocean-access, plenty of secure parking and the condo was well-equipped.

We are retired educators and have raised 4 children.
We came to Hawaii when the kids were younger and were re-introduced to Kauai by friends who own a condo to the South. In 2010 we were excited to purchase and completely remodel unit 124.
We have appreciated Lae Nani immensely and when the opportunity arose to purchase this unit (423) we jumped at the chance to begin a new project!

Why they chose this property

After visiting Kauai, we decided that we would like to spend more time here and after checking out a number of properties, Lae Nani was hands down our favorite. We liked the location, the beautiful tropical landscaping that is impecably maintenaned and the friendly atmosphere.
We love that we can walk to a wide variety of restaurants and a newly revitalized Coconut Market place. They host a Farmers Market every Tuesday and Thursday, and a weekly Hawaiian Music and Dance.
Lae Nani is also located on the North-South Kapaa Bike/Multi use path which is so incredibly convenient. The views are sensational. Presently it is 7 miles long, with plans to become 17 miles.

What makes this property unique

There is an amazing sense of tranquility created by the warmth, the lovely tropical landscape and the breathtaking views. It is an inspiring place to sit and read a book, to play in the surf, or to take advantage of the myriad of opportunity for local adventures.
We appreciate that we are close to a town that has maintained a local culture but also welcomes tourists.
