My place is close to Disneyland Resort (10 miles), the airports, parks, multiple freeways, Anaheim Convention Center, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and stores and almost every fast food group within 1 mile. We are a short drive, Uber/Lyft, or taxi from John Wayne Airport.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds.
My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets-breed restrictions apply).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home was beautiful inside and the host thoughtfully provided food for us upon our arrival. High ceilings, an attached garage, three nice bedrooms and a quiet neighborhood made this the perfect base for our Disneyland vacation since it is only 15 minutes away. Overall great experience.

Hi all, My name is Jim Lipot, and I manage this property for the owners. I live in the copmmunity, so I am available if needed. I usually greet you upon arrival and check you into the house; however, due to COVID ieverything is now self check in.

What makes this property unique

We allow dogs on the property, with only a handful of exceptions, and these are due to Home Owner Association (HOA) restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior approval by host is required for all dogs youo wish to bring (photo and description), plus payment of the $100 pet fee (per stay, not per day or dog) to cover the extra cleaning.

Guests who show up without disclosing the pet, receiving approval, and paying the pet fee might be subject to the cancellation of their reservation without refund for violation of the terms of renting.
