Just a short bike ride or about 8 minute walk to famous #1 rated Siesta Key Beach & Pavilion with its white powdery sand where you and your family can spend the afternoon building sandcastles, walk the beach for miles while picking up shells. On Sundays, come and experience a local favorite....Siesta Key Beach drum circle. During your stay feel free to walk the beach in the morning, then play in the Gulf of Mexico to cool off, or read a great novel poolside and at the end of the day, head back to the beach with a picnic basket of wine and cheese for an amazing sunset. Siesta Key Village is only minutes away. Keep the car in the garage and take one of several free shuttle services to the village for a morning of shopping and lunch, or dinner following a homemade ice cream cone. Enjoy some live music and adult beverages in the evenings and make some new friends. Park your car in the garage and leave it. Tip only services are available on Siesta Key!

The kitchen is large with plenty of custom cabinetry, tan & black granite solid stone counters with white appliances making for a clean & bright appearance. It is equipped with basic cooking essentials so you may create a masterful meal at home whenever you like. Just off of the kitchen is the family or den room with a large flat screen TV, work desk, beautiful queen sofa sleeper with stacked sliders that open up the wall that leads out to the salt water pool...the best part...a bay window showing off the sparkling & spectacular water views!!!

The bar/dining area is off of the kitchen where the new dining table rests under gorgeous lighting. The table will accommodate 6-7 adults. This area is open to the gorgeous and spacious living room where your family can enjoy the super sized flat screen TV with Sonos sound system along with WiFi & Xfinity cable. Enjoy movie night relaxing on the large, new corner sofa which also has a full sleeper for additional sleeping options. You are sure to appreciate the shiplap ceilings, custom artwork and other high end finishes.
Feel free to open up the stacked sliders giving you an "all outdoor feel" letting you enjoy the screened patio/pool area. Don't worry about missing your favorite show while enjoying the pool area because there's a flat screen TV outside too! Enjoy a glass a wine in the shade under the covered patio, or out in the sunshine laying on one of the loungers with a good book. Start up the new BBQ grill for a burger or brat whenever you feel the urge. We provide two propane tanks which you can refill on your own at any Publix/Ace hardware.
Feel free to eat outdoors....there's a new dining table for 8, plus loungers and Adirondack chairs for ample seating. Enjoy nightly sunsets out on the water by the boat dock with your favorite adult beverage......Watermelon Margaritas anyone?

The King master bedroom suite is located off the living room away from the other bedrooms allowing it to be more private and quiet. It is large and has lots of natural light highlighting the beautiful space. A large, wall mounted Smart TV will ease you to sleep every night. Two dressers and a walk-in closet. Check out the newly renovated bathroom suite! It's spectacular with separate His & Her sinks (natural solid stone countertop) in white wood, step in tiled rain shower with a door.

This is a monthly rental and complies with zoning regulations which is one rental per month. Pool heat is OPTIONAL at an extra cost so let us know if you would like heat. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere inside the home or near any open windows or doors, extra fees apply if smoke drifts inside the home. Electric allowance is $220/m (plenty!) and pool heat is extra. This home is in a quiet residential area. No parties. No Pets, Max 3 cars. Quiet hours after 10PM.

This home can be rented once a month per zoning restrictions.
