This charming Lake Arrowhead home can be found in the exclusive neighborhood of The Palisades, amidst a serene alpine setting with ridgeline views & peeks of the lake.
You'll love the newly remodeled kitchen with beautifully appointed cabinets & granite countertops. The main living area features a vaulted living room ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, large windows overlooking the deck and a cozy kitchen nook.
The main floor bedrooms are furnished with comfy queen, pillow-top beds & plush bedding. A well-appointed full-bath is also located on the main level. Additionally, two twin beds & a rustic-style half-bath are located upstairs.
On the bottom floor of the cabin, and accessible from outside through it's own private entrance, is "The Captain's Suite." Custom finished in natural hem-fir, this unique space will offer two of our guests some seclusion and privacy, along with a private bathroom and sitting area.
This alpine retreat is located just 2 blocks from the lake and less than 5 minutes driving distance to the village and marina.
It's absolutely perfect for a holiday vacation or even just a mini-weekend getaway for couples and families interested in sight-seeing & hiking, shopping & dining, or just relaxing in a peaceful mountain hideaway.
A grassy hillside and a tree-lined lot borders the house providing the utmost in serenity and privacy. Plus, enjoy a private deck & spacious patio with outdoor furniture to relax, dine and enjoy the tranquil alpine setting.

*Please note that there is a flight of steps (outside) to the first level of the home (this is quite common for the mountain community), and a steep staircase (inside) to the third floor (be sure to use the handrails).
*Arrival & check-in time is after 3pm.
*Departure & check-out is by 11am.
In snowy conditions, CHAINS MAY BE REQUIRED for access up the mountain and for driving on mountain roads. Be sure to check weather and road conditions by contacting CalTrans, the National Weather Service, etc.
* We do not extend refunds due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities or vehicle limitations.
* Mountain weather requires shoveling snow.
* Guests will be responsible for shoveling the steps, the deck, a place to park and shoveling a path to and from the cabin.
* Snow shovels are located on the cabin deck -- shoe/boot chains are highly recommended to prevent slips when conditions are snowy and icy.

**NOISE DISTURBANCES - Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily in the mountains & we ask that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby. Your reservation is for a quiet, relaxing & enjoyable stay!
**MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Please note the cabin sleeps a maximum of 8 people and we cannot accommodate extra guests. Please specify the correct number of guests when requesting/booking a reservation. This cabin is strictly for the specified number of guests on the reservation booking and maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
CABIN & GUEST INFORMATION:
• Check-in is after 3pm.
• Check-out is by 11am.
• Our minimum age requirement for renters is 25 years.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
• Bring firewood and firelighters if you would like to cozy up next to the fireplace.
• NO grilling or open fires on the deck or premises. **EXTREME FIRE DANGER**
• Replacement cost for a lost or misplaced lake pass or beach card is $145 per pass.

*Agreeing to these terms and conditions, guest assumes full responsibility for risk of personal/property damage or loss.
TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES AT TIME OF CHECK OUT:
• No damage is done to cabin or its contents. Cabin is to be left in excellent condition, just requiring a standard cleaning.
• No charges are incurred due to damage from pets or smoking during the stay.
• No indoor & outdoor furniture, appliances, household & property contents or lake passes is lost or damaged.
