Great Location

Easy walk to everything you need and what a lovely rental! Secure parking and the place was very quiet and clean. Wish there were instructions on how to operate the tvs but we figured it out. Our family had a wonderful time.

Best location

A one minute walk to the beach and pier and within walking distance of everything you need made this trip the best. Also has private parking but there is no need to leave since everything is close. Host went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. Perfect for a big family we will be back

SO close to the beach

Love the location and cleanliness of this property! No ocean view but the location makes it irrelevant since the building is about 50 yards from the sand. So easy to walk to restaurants as well and parking under the building for 2 cars is also and excellent perk.

Great vacation

We had a great time in Pismo. Unit is only a few steps from the beach and right in the middle of downtown Pismo. Great unit with plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and he look forward to visiting again soon.

Gorgeous property a stone throw from everything

This beautiful property was perfect for our trip to spend time with friends that moved away. The European entrance feel was great and the home included everything we needed. It was amazing being steps away from everything and not needing to hassle with finding parking.

Pismo Made Easy

The location of the property makes this a huge winner! We loved never having to get in a car to hit the beach, eat out or hit the wharf. Condo is nice and ample room for up to six people which is what we had. It was a memory maker weekend.

Loved it!

We stayed for a Cal Poly graduation. Enjoyed being out of SLO and right in the heart of Pismo. The gated parking and elevator were game changers for travelling with grandparents. Everything was clean, it super condition and the place was warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location and GREAT property

The condo was super cute and perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The upstairs has a separate living room which worked out great for the kiddos. Super clean and very nice amenities. The location could not have been any better! It was literally a 1 minute walk to the Pier and shops. Gated parking was a plus as well. The property manager was great to work with. We ended up having to change our dates and she was very accommodating and had quick responses. Highly recommend this rental!

Location! Location! Location!

This was the perfect property for being in the middle of all of the action. Literal steps to the beach, great restaurants and shopping plus the parking spots it comes with are worth their weight in gold. The unit itself is cozy, clean and comfortable and provides all the amenities and upgrades you will need. The 3 bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space for getting ready. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying at Pismo Beach. Also, make sure and grab a reservation at The Oyster Loft for dinner. The food is incredible!

Graduation weekend

The only thing that could make this property and our stay any better would be ocean views from the rooms and balcony. But the ocean was less than a minute walk so we really got to enjoy our stay. The unit itself was gorgeous, very clean, new appliances, great beachy vibe decor. Thank you

Beautiful property-3 bedrooms

Great location and we loved it- However, it is not four bedrooms- There are 3 very nice bedrooms and an open area upstairs with a pull out bed which is considered the 4th bedroom- but there is no door, so trying to get kids to sleep was a challenge at times; Everything else awesome- a few minor issues were quickly responded to and repaired- The beach is literally out the door as is the children's play yard and the Pismo Beach sign- We go to pismo every year and this was my favorite place by far, even with the lack of a 4th bedroom

Amazing and comfortable condo!

We drove out from Arkansas to see family, and this was the best place to stay. Just steps from beach, pier and all the great shops and restaurants. We walked to everything which was nice after our 27 hour drive to get here. Lots of sleeping room, great kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. Really nice place!

Great Pismo Beach location

Spacious 3/3 condo in a small gated community. Great kitchen space/appliances. Comfortable family room (gas fireplace) and extra sitting area upstairs. Modern bathrooms and two outdoor decks (no views). Well decorated and appointed. Walk to coffee, restaurants and beach. (There is a surf bar on the first level that is open late and can be noisy with the windows open).

Beautiful beach stay

We came to Pismo after a year of staying home locked away after having a baby due to Covid. This was the perfect way to start our summer. Nothing about our stay disappointed us. We are a family- a teen, mom and dad, an infant 10 month old and a 9 year old. We cannot wait to go back and stay at the property again. Perfect decor, everything we needed at the house, clean, safe, perfect proximity to the beach, and easy check in and check out. We hope to return the next chance we get.

Great Location, Close to everything!

I do highly recommend this apartment! The 3 BR apartment is perfect for us during Spring Break. We visited as family of six (2+2 teens) and my 2 in-laws. Although there is no view of the ocean, it is simply steps from the beach. As such, getting in-and-out of the building complex can be at times a hassle (esp during late morning to evening) as it is in a busy location. Close to many restaurants, hiking trails and several interesting tide beaches.

Excellent location and beautiful property

This property is located in such a great location, you can walk to the pier b/c it's literally steps away. The property itself was impeccable. Communication with the property manager was always prompt and instructions were easy to follow.

So close to the beach!

This property is just steps from PIsmo Beach pier. The condo was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at “home.” We used the washer and dryer, which worked very well. If you plan to come and go by car take into consideration the high traffic times on the weekend. The one-way streets make it hard to get in and out of Pismo, but there’s a lot to do within walking distance. We had a great time celebrating my mom’s birthday! I would definitely recommend this place!!!
