The property was great and the family enjoyed their stay. The location was fun for all ages. *recommend renting a golf car. The distance to the beach was perfect, but the golf car was helpful to get anywhere else, especially with bags and small kids!

Yearly Family Weekend

A very nice family gathering place for time spent together. Great deck furniture and kitchen, dining and living room arrangement. Easy walking distance to beach. Realtors were extremely pleasant to work with.

Excellent location

Excellent location just steps from the beach. We love Ocean Lakes; such a great family atmosphere with standards of conduct they hold guests accountable for; very safe & tons to do. Golf cart included with this property was our perk highlight besides location. Excellent communication with host!!

Great Stay

House was clean and had everything thing we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Just a short walk to the beach and the kids loved the water park at the resort. Communication with the property owners was excellent and they were very accommodating. We knew ahead of time to bring our own linen and towels. We had a very pleasant stay.

Really nice house and clean. Property manager was very good and came right away to fix the WiFi problem and was so friendly. Clean linens and towels was so helpful. Will hope to be able to stay there again.

Great property with excellent communicationWe had a wonderful stay at this Ocean Lakes property during Halloweekend. Although a big rainstorm washed out most of the weekend, we still felt completely comfortable in the house thanks to the spacious layout and great amenities. The home was very clean, just steps from the beach, and the management team communicated promptly, making everything simple from check-in to checkout. The included linen package had everything we needed for all the beds and an abundance of towels, which was a great convenience. The front porch offered a beautiful view of the ocean, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

GREAT Time had by all

The house was great and the manager was great to work with. Even went above and beyond when we forgot something at the house after checkout. The houses are impressively close together but neighbors were never an issue. Were only 4-5 houses from the beach was was supper easy to get to. Would definitely rent it again.

Good overall stay. Lots to do

Beds still leave a lot to be desired. States in description new mattresses ...they must have been bought from Dollar Tree!! Very busy place. Fireworks in the area every night and some nights until after 11:30 which made it difficult with small children. Would stay here again but maybe in a different home.

Great location. Can walk to the beach..

A golf cart was included, so we only rented one. The first day we rode it, it died. We thought that it just needed charged. Nope. Called for maintenace and they sent someone to clean corrosion on battery terminal. They said to charge it all day. Rode it to store, it died again. The wired cables disconnected from the actual battery charger itself. Called and they said they would send someone. No one came to fix or switch out the golf cart the rest of the week. One golf cart, 8 people....no bueno. The house was nice, had great patio/deck furniture to enjoy the views. Would not rent again unless golf cart issue was resolved.

Comfortable Stay

The property was nice . Was close to the beach . Had access to the golf cart which was a plus . The campground was great they have a water park it was fun for the kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointed

The house is nice and decently clean but definitely not thoroughly clean Beds ALL BEDS were Horribly uncomfortable Even to the point that one of our guest had to go out and rent a motel to get a decent nights sleep TVs we’re so complicated that most were too much trouble to use House is close to the beach which is good and the golf cart was a plus but you basically use the house to sleep as you’re out most of the time So sleeping was horrible House is on an alleyway so very hard to get in and out with a full sized vehicle Community was fine But once new beds are installed Then over all the house would be a good rent But until they do RUN do not stay here

Stay

When peoples are on vacation they shouldn't have too wash dishes make up bed take out trash and pay for linen and if someones have to come out for repair .if sand is in tub or any where and it cause problems it is a repair bill the house is on beach so it going to be sand and why pay for serve and they don't do anything and to pay for parking should be free for at less 3 cars.I like it put they charges for everything .
