Benvenuti in un caloroso abbraccio degli anni '60. La nostra casa è come nonne, vintage, nostalgica e accogliente.

Siamo a 500 passi dal bellissimo lago Michigan con i suoi tramonti mozzafiato. Goditi la nostra spiaggia privata con una splendida vista sul Silver Lake Dunes State Park.

Il cottage è completamente decorato in uno stile contemporaneo degli anni '60 che ti riporterà lontano in un momento più semplice, ma avrai comunque comfort moderni.

Ci sono due camere da letto con 4 letti. Una camera ha un letto completo e l'altra camera ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello.
Addormentarsi al suono del surf. Se hai bisogno di più spazio, ci sono due divani estraibili nel soggiorno. Vorremmo ottenere un preavviso se li utilizzerai.

La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare i tuoi pasti preferiti. Abbiamo anche alcuni condimenti e spezie. Avremo anche caffè, panna non casearia e zucchero per te.

Il bagno non è grande ma è pratico. Vengono forniti asciugamani per la casa. Ti consigliamo di portare i tuoi teli da mare.

Abbiamo un mazzo 10 x 20 con grill a gas, un pozzo del fuoco per arrostire marshmallow, fare smores, osservare le stelle o raccontare storie.

Le località vicine includono il faro di Sable Point, il parco statale di Sliver Lake / il lago d'argento inferiore, il parco ORV di Silver Lake, le dune di Mac Woods, il carrello da go e il centro divertimenti, Sand Drag Way, la cantina Fox, il lago Michigan, il tutto entro 5 miglia! Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t go more than a 18-20 foot trailer. Overall, for the price and location, I would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Rhele's Roost!The host was very friendly and response. The property is a short walk from an amazing beach. The cabin itself was well provisioned and clean - we lacked for nothing. The outdoor space was a dream. Large fire pit and plenty of space to hang out and let our toddler run around. We had a Great vacation staying at the Rheles Roost cabin! It was a short walk to the beaches of Lake Michigan where we could point our chairs one way and be looking at the Gorgeous lake or turn them the opposite and watch all the fun on Silver Lake Sand dunes. We had a beautiful week! The cabin sleeps 5-6 comfortably and has everything you would need. We had about a 10 minute drive into Mears to check out the town. We took a tour with Mac Dune rides one day, a 20 min. drive into Pentwater to the Farmers market, shops and ice cream. We brought our boat and took another 20 min drive to Crystal Lake and did some fishing! Lots to do with in 20-30 minutes. is it part. Our host was friendly and easy to work with.

The Perfect Getaway

The property was exactly as described. We loved the retro theme and the location. We were able to walk through the backyard to see the dunes and then down to the beach to watch the sunset. Overall a great place to stay. It was clean, safe and our host was so accommodating and communicative.

Family Gathering

We rented Erick’s place in order to spend some quality time with our family and it was perfect.The cottage is adorable, cozy, clean and incredibly comfortable and the scenery is stunning.We spent time making meals together, going to the beach and hiking in the dunes.Our weekend couldn’t have been any better.Erick always immediately responded to our messages and we are already planning the exact same trip next year! Good Place

It a nice small house for a 3 day weekend. The backyard is basically the sand dunes as there a dirt/sand dune in the back yard to climb. You will hear the dune ORV cars when the ORV park is open. Not super loud but you will notice that if you use the fire pit or open the windows. Land owner was quick to respond and professional.

Such a nice little place. Very clean and everything worked as intended. The fire pit in the back yard is a nice addition. Be sure to watch the sunset and check out the stars via the sand dune. Verizon doesn’t have cell service here but the wifi is very strong.

Great Location

Great location if you are looking for a place close to a beautiful beach spot on lake Michigan. We were right next to our friend's rental and it could not have worked out better! The yard was fantastic and the interior was as described in posting.

The house was very cute and the host ensured our stay was great. The only thing I would warn folks about is that there is no cell service with ATT there but the wifi at the house is great and you can use that to make calls.

This is my 2nd endeavor with vacation rental properties. Our 1st house is located at Cobmoosa Shores near Shelby Michigan. We are now excited to be able to share our beautiful cottage with others.

Get ready for some sixties nostalgia! Our cottage has an eclectic, retro style all its own. Walking distance to Lake Michigan and backyard hiking access to Silver Lake Dunes State Park. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Artsy décor, and furnishings, and an electric blue kitchen welcome you inside, while a deck and pergola provide comfortable outdoor dining.

Close to Pentwater and Ludington.

Open all year. AWD or 4x4 recommend for winter stays.

Silver Lake Dunes ORV Park is open April 1st to October 31t.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I met Rhele, the original owner in the summer of 2019. We hit it off right away and from that moment, I knew that I wanted the cottage for myself.

The cottage is small but incredibly roomy. Fully decorated in a 60's contemporary style that will take you back to a simpler, kinder time.

If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the world, there are few places like this. I always get the best sleep here. I'm not sure if it's the sound of the surf or just a feeling of seclusion. Whatever it is, I know you'll love it too.

Silver Lake Dunes ORV Park is open April 1st to October 31t.
Please be sure to look before you book if riding the dunes is on your list.
