The 440 West Condominiums are right on the water, just the perfect spot to catch some rays, watch passing boats and maybe see a dolphin swim by!

This unit has a view from the balcony of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. Inside you will find an efficient and fully equipped and stocked kitchen, large Master Bedroom Suite with King Sized bed as well as a roomy second bedroom with 2 Full beds. Plenty of room for the family and/or friends.

The 440 West Condominiums are located just one block from the white sands of Clearwater Beach and you have easy walking access to fine restaurants, miniature golf and nightclubs.

All our units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted in this particular vacation home.

This property is a Whole monthly rental.
HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

Dirty Condo with a beautiful view.

Positives: beautiful view, awesome location. Negatives:DIRTY When we got there there were wet towels left in the dryer and so much lint packed in we are surprised it didn't cause a fire. There were gnats flying around and though we tried and then management tried they never went completely away😢The walk in shower was DISGUSTING. The wall in master bedroom had 2 big stains and walls in hallway were dirty. We were there for 4 weeks so when I went to change the sheets I found the mattress pad was DISGUSTING with 2 big yellow stains(owner sent new mattress pad and new sheets). One pillow case was stained and had a burn mark on it. The tub in other bathroom was rusty. Every condo I have stayed at has been well stocked with bath towels and kitchen towels, but not this one. The furniture on the balcony was filthy. I had to clean it before we could use it, and they can't use the excuse that there was work being done because I was there for a month and it didn't get dirty at all. I was extremely disappointed in this condo. If I hadn't cleaned it there is no way I would have continued to stay there, but I shouldn't have had to clean my first day of vacation😥 The pictures lie!!! Except the pictures of the view. I would stay in the 440 building again, but definitely not that condo. The owner was nice, but he needs to do something about his cleaning company. This condo needs a deep deep cleaning!

I rented in Sand Key before and

I rented in Sand Key before and was always walking over to Clearwater Beach to check out the activities and restaurants. This year we were right in the hotbed area and loved it. Unit was very nice and view was amazing. Would definitely stay here agan.

We are still enjoying our stay and have not quite decided yet whether or not we like this rental better than our previous locations. The listing was pretty accurate except for the part about "recently updated". Both the shower in the main bedroom and the tub in the second bathroom need replacing. The finish on both have worn off and they are nasty looking. Apartment was clean but needs to be "deep cleaned". Cabinets needed to be cleaned out. Not a lot of usable glassware. And coffee cups in bad shape. Had to buy some to use while we are here. Have not talked to manager or owner. Rental company service good. New construction on both sides has a lot of early morning noises. Was not aware of new construction on our side when rented a year ago. Overall property is great with great location and swimming pool and views. However, would not recommend until construction nearby was over. Also had people staying above us that made noise well into the wee hours of the morning. Thankfully they were only here for a week. Always enjoy the great restaurants and attractions in the area.

This sounds like a good stay with some inconveniences. We will forward the comments regarding dishware and cleaning for consideration of the owners. We also are looking forward to the construction being over. We warned tenants ahead of time for the units on the north side but the east side started without us knowing a year ahead, unfortunately. We make every effort to forewarn because we know it can be a problem. The good news is that the construction is nearly done on the north side and well toward completion on the east. We're glad to hear these guests enjoyed their stay overall.
