The home has an Office area in one of the bedrooms with high speed WiFi and a printer.
It sleeps 6 comfortably in beds plus a sleeper sofa, a twin foam mattress and a toddler bed. We also have a queen size air mattress with an electric air pump that can be placed in the living room area.

You can relax by the pool, fire pit outside or fireplace inside, watch a movie on our 58 inch TV in the living room or throw something on the grill then jump in the refreshing swimming pool.

NY Yankee Spring Training vacation

The location was perfect, 12 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to Steinbrenner Stadium. The accommodations were excellent and we had all we needed. We would love to stay here again next year!

We enjoyed the stay

The large kitchen island was very useful for setting up food/snacks, the living room with the tv had plenty of couches for us to sit together without feeling cramped, the dining area was useful for our tabletop games, and we enjoyed being able to adjust the thermostat during the night. It was also convenient being close to a Wawa.

Great Place!

A warm and wonderful home for the family to relax and make memories! Anything you could need is here…and close to Walmart, Publix, and Target so you can stock up on groceries for your stay! Laundry, kitchen, all the kitchen gadgets you can imagine, swimming, TV/movies/wifi in the evening… We loved it! Thank you for such a great time!!!

A great place and a great time!

My family went here for a special Christmas trip, we are from Michigan, New York and Colorado, this location fit our needs perfectly....but, the pool was very cold, they did state up front that it is NOT heated, so we were aware. I would definitely stay here again, it had everything you could need in the kitchen and is ready to be enjoyed by all.

Nice property with some great amenities, the pool is fun! The exterior needs a bit of TLC, things like updating the furniture in the yard and pool area and having someone take a good look at the landscaping that has been let go. None of this would deter me from staying here.

Great stay pregraduation getaway with my oldest neice

House was beautiful and very comfortable that being said although the house was not dirty per say the counters and casio were a bit sticky so maybe talk with the house keeper about doing a bit more care in wiping things down. And maybe abit more care for the yard maintenance.overall was a great place to stay we enjoy our time in this lovely home and would come back again

The place did the trick for my group. The bedrooms were decent, the TV room was nice, kitchen was ok, and pool and yard were average at best. We didn’t actually use the pool because it was too cold. Communication with renter was ok as well. Overall, if you’re not looking for something fancy, this place is a good value.

Tampa house

House is a great size for large groups. Very convenient location to access the airport. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. The interior of the house needs to be painted. All flooring is great. Biggest disappointment was the yard & pool. Northern people like us look for a nice pool and area to spend time outdoors. Pool is in poor shape and the pool service did little to clean the pool. The pictures on website of garden area are outdated. They show a lush garden area with nice seating. Reality is overgrown worn landscaping with broken and moldy furniture as well as moldy pool toys. We purchased chairs for pool. Hosts were very nice and responsive.

Lovely and accommodating!!

You couldn’t ask for better hosts, they respond quick, are understanding, and thoughtful! I stayed during Mother’s Day with children and family and we all had a blast! They had EVERYTHING you could think of in the a house you would need; from first aid kits, children toys and adult games, EVERY COOKING NEED known to man for both kids and adults! The pool was so fun and exciting to be in. We played games and were in the pool all day, there was pool toys to accommodate the family & there is a deep end in case your wondering! The privacy is nice also! The location is literally 2mins away from Walmart/walking distance, conveniently located near gas stations and restaurants you will need/want. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It is fair to say the home and electronics are outdated (which nothing is wrong with that!) but something to take into consideration. Overall we were pleased and our needs were met to our satisfaction. Our family loved the idea of the bottle messages and the guestbook singing!! I’m sure there are many more guests who will return for more fun and relaxation! Also, the ability to dim the lights are SO COOL!!! A special thank you to the great hosts! ☺️☺️☺️

Family Visit

Could the outside and pool area use a little TLC?...yes Are parts of the inside a little 'worn'?...yes BUT, this house was very clean, very comfortable, the property manager is very responsive, the water in the large pool is clear and clean, the tropical landscaping and privacy fence make the backyard feel secluded, the neighbors are quiet, the lake area is a nice place to walk. We were very much at home here and would have rented it for Christmas but it was already booked. Helen

We lived in this home until just a few years ago when they both left for college and now they are back managing our vacation rentals in Florida.

This is our wonderful home centrally located 1/4 miles from the Veterans Expressway which connects to Interstate 4 and 275 for an easy commute to downtown and everywhere in the Tampa Bay area. We are offering it to those in need of a centrally located pied-à-terre in Tampa FL, while keep the comfort of home with vaulted ceiling, a huge kitchen with 2 granite counter tops, an ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom, WiFi, a fire pit outside and a fireplace inside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you can think of to make wonderful meals with your loved ones. We have a waffle maker, electric crepe maker, griddle, rice cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, fondue pot, blooming onion maker, crockpot, creme brulee torch, Ninja & standard blender, indoor healthy grills (G Foreman), electric hot air popper for popcorn...

It is centrally located 8 miles from Tampa airport and the West Shore business center and mall, International mall, 4 miles from Westfield Citrus park and mall. As for attractions: Busch Gardens, Adventure Island are 10 miles away and Lowry Park Zoo 7 miles.
