Come to Turtle Bay for rest & relaxation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the screen porch or deck outside the master bedroom. This condominium is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with exceptional river & sunset views. The bedrooms each feature a single queen bed. The master bedroom is on the river side, while the secondary bedroom is on the street side. Renovated master bathroom has a stand-up shower & a soaking bath. There is a garage & carport with this unit, but only enough room to fit 2 vehicles, 1 inside the garage & 1 in the carport area. The pool & dock area are open to guests, but the boat lifts are not for guest use. Recent dock repairs, new living room furniture/tv/entertainment center, new master bedroom mattress, new chairs in master bedroom, & new washer & dryer. Maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 persons.

***The pool is currently undergoing renovations & plans to be re-opened April-May depending on weather setbacks***

We love being on the river and Turtle Bay is the perfect place to do that while still being close to the beach and Center St. This unit was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. We hated to leave!

Folly Beach Trip

Host was very responsive. This was our first Vrbo and I had a few questions that were answered in a timely and friendly manner. It was a perfect setup for a family of three! The condo felt safe and community was fairly quiet throughout the stay. We really appreciated the ability to make coffee every morning and to dolaundry before repacking.

A Had an amazing time staying at this condo on our vacation to Folly Beach! Location on the bay was wonderful! Nice dock to be able to fish on. Very nice view also! Very close to the pool, which my kids loved! Extremely clean and tidy condo. Loved the screened in porch off of the living room. Would highly recommend this property! Worked perfectly for my family of 4!

Beautiful Views

This was our second time staying here and would definitely go back for a third. Beautiful views of the river, sunsets from the dock, and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
