Community Dock & Pool over looking Folly River, 7-8 blocks from the beach

Come to Turtle Bay for rest & relaxation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the screen porch or deck outside the master bedroom. This condominium is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with exceptional river & sunset views. The bedrooms each feature a single queen bed. The master bedroom is on the river side, while the secondary bedroom is on the street side. Renovated master bathroom has a stand-up shower & a soaking bath. There is a garage & carport with this unit, but only enough room to fit 2 vehicles, 1 inside the garage & 1 in the carport area. The pool & dock area are open to guests, but the boat lifts are not for guest use. Recent dock repairs, new living room furniture/tv/entertainment center, new master bedroom mattress, new chairs in master bedroom, new washer & dryer. New stools are scheduled to arrive soon. Updated pictures coming this week.

Folly After Christmas

Property is very clean, location is great, but the unit needs updated upholstered furniture and carpet. The couch looks and feels like it should be in a frat house. The 9am check out is early. Cleaning staff came in at 8:55am. Communication with management was excellent. I booked this property based on its 9.8 rating, but it is not a 9.8 property.

Wonderful Stay - 3 Story Condo

Very spacious to have the garage and carport parking options and large bedrooms. We could have brought 2 additional blowup queen mattresses and slept 4-6 more people! The view of the river helped us know if it was high or low tide. 10 min walk to beach access #3. Rented bikes made it even closer. Great location and it was awesome to have the dock handy for fishing & kayaks! The 2 porches were perfect. You can sunbath on the top level, and enjoy the screen/shade on the bottom. I almost backed out because the pictures don't do it justice, but I'm so glad we didn't. Would stay here again. Had zero issues.

Excellent place for family with 2-year old

The condo is roomy, spotless, beautifully designed, good location. Nicely furnished, except the sofa is worn out and not very comfy. The deck (with a light screen) is a great, safe play area for a little kid. Beach is close (go the back way!).

Great View and Location

The condo was very clean and the views from the very nice porches were great. The pool was an added bonus and the sunsets from the dock were incredible. The neighborhood was walkable. It was an easy walk to town and to the beach (with a beach wagon). Just be sure to bring hand and dish soap, even if you plan to pick things up at the store, as the only starter essentials are toilet paper and paper towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only suggestion I have would be to put in keyless entry as the key was not in the key box when we arrived. Luckily the owners niece came to our rescue and saved the day! She was extremely nice as was the property manager.

Wonderful experience

The place was located on the water so bird watching was superb. We saw dolphins as well. It's close to dining, kayak rental, bars, and the beach. The hostess replied rapidly.

Long weekend beach escape!

Very pleased with our stay here! Condo was very spacious and walking distance to the beach as well as numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Folly Beach Staycation

I really enjoyed the location and space within the townhouse. I liked that the bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the condo. The 2 decks were awesome for relaxing and having the screened in porch was a plus. Parking was convenient. We walked to the beach and restaurants daily. The pool was clean.

Lovely place on Folly

This place was just lovely. Walking distance to all Folly has to offer but secluded enough to be able to enjoy the peacefulness of Folly River and its wonderful views. The kitchen was well equipped for those who want to cook in

Relaxed stay in quiet neighborhood.

We were happy with the clean property we stayed in, and enjoyed some nature watching out on the deck overlooking the river. An egret came to enjoy some dinner in the water twice. The neighbors were quiet, we only saw a couple of them over the 2 weeks we were there.The bed was comfortable, and the appliances and tv worked great.

Family Visit

The pictures don’t do this townhome justice! The kitchen has everything you will need. The townhome is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. There are beautiful views of the marsh and very walkable to all of the restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Fun in the Sun and Shade

Property was quite clean and quite safe. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet. The view for us old folks to sit and read was quite good. Traffic crossing the bridge was a bit notable while on the decks or pier though not interfering with conversation and not heard at all in the condo. You can fish from the docks, watch sunsets, or swing in the swing under the dock's gazebo. The pool is clean though smallish but with the few people I saw at the pool it served the complex plenty well. The lower deck / porch is screened and the upper deck is open to see the stars. A bike would be handy or you can walk to various places to eat. Downtown with a car is difficult to find parking at meal time or busy beach times. The overall community of folks during our mid-September visit were polite and kind with only a couple of well behaved drunks plying the downtown area. The location is good for beach travelers or Charleston tourist. I can easily recommend this place to any friends travelling to the Charleston area.

We loved this place! Very clean! Great location! The property manager Heather was amazing! She was great and very prompt in communicating with us! There was an issue with the garage door opener and she was right on it to get it resolved! I wish it was a little closer to the beach, but was a very quick and easy walk! Or could drive to beach and public parking was only $10 for entire day (you could come and go). The condo was only a few steps from the pool and dock. The dock has a swing that is very serene to sit on at night and watch the sunset! I HIGHLY recommend this condo to any staying in the area!!!! 😁

Loved Folly Beach

The condo was nice and comfortable. An easy walk to the beach and Center Street. We enjoyed mornings on the screened porch. There was an issue upon our arrival, but Heather was very quick to respond and rectify the situation immediately.

Great place!

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean & well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the view of the waterway from the screened in porch and my boys loved fishing off the pier. It was also a short walk into town, but away from all the traffic & noise. The property manager, Heather, was very communicative, prompt to respond to a question I had & so easy to deal with. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely property with convenient location. Very clean and kitchen was nicely equipped. Small but lovely pool with plenty of seating. Prompt response from host when I picked up the wrong key and locked myself out. Would stay at this property again in the future.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

This property is absolutely beautiful! I loved watching the sunset and sunrise! The inside had everything we needed for our stay! The pool was just the right size for my daughter to flip around in. It was a short walk to the beach. It was a wonderful week!

Quiet place to stay

We were satisfied with the property. The home was clean, and everything functioned properly. There were a couple of issues that our property manager solved immediately. The walk to downtown Folly and to the beach was easy and not far at all. The most pleasant part of our first visit to Folly Beach was meeting Heather, our property manager. There was an issue with the key, and she rewarded us for the minor inconvenience. If I had property to rent in Folly Beach, I would definitely have Heather manage it. People like her make life more enjoyable.
