Great Home Away From Home

Has everything needed in the house! Large property, easy to find and get around, great neighborhood. Game room was nice to have for my teens. Everything I needed was stocked and included. Would definitely stay here again with my family!

Cute home away from home

Perfect family home, everything we needed and a game room! Love our host, they think of everything and keep the property well stocked. Love the location too. Neighbors were super friendly too. Would def stay again in the future.

Disappointed

Small 1/2 of a duplex with only 1.5 bathrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was way too soft and unsupportive. A metal rod from the rickety bed frame fell off and hit me in the head! My wife ended up sleeping on the couch. We left after one night.

Disappointed

Pros: good location, clean and nicely decorated. Cons: while it does sleep 6, I did not realize how small the house was and that it only had one shower (my bad). It was very tight for my family of 5. Could not open the front door all the way because there is a boot tray in the small foyer. The worst part for us was a VERY soft mattress in the master bedroom. I pulled back the sheets and there was a thick piece of foam on top of the mattress? My wife ended up sleeping on the couch (I’ll be hearing about this for a while) and my back was sore for several days from trying to sleep one night on that bed. The bed frame was also falling apart - when I laid on the bed a metal bar fell off and hit me on the head! We were supposed to stay two nights but left after one night and stayed at a hotel.

Excellent stay! Also great if you are sensitive to scents.

The house was immaculate and had all the necessary touches to make your stay memorable! I also appreciated the scent free products due to asthma and allergies.

Lynette was a great host and communicate very well. The only comment is you are in an older neighborhood. Very nice updated place, quiet & private.

Wonderful stay!

Awesome place with everything you need

Host was so accomidating ..our mom cant walk wrll but did manage to climb stairs 1x per day for bed and then came down in the Am fully dressed. Our host was so accomidating for our mom and she made it so enjoyable

Our Alaska Vacation

This was our last stop before heading home and it worked out great. Location is perfect for getting to and from downtown or back to Seward Hwy. We found the home immaculate and well stocked for dining in. Thank you Vicky and Jason!

Perfect location

Centrally located, great directions from the host, and exactly zero problems throughout the stay. The kitchen was well- stocked and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I loved this property our stay was amazing.

This home is so beautiful. It was super clean. Very comfortable and had plenty of the little extras we needed to make us comfortable. All communication with the property manager was amazing, fast and thorough. I would definitely suggest using this rental.

Cozy Home Away from Home

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. I was visiting Anchorage to watch my son in an athletic competition. We had two adults in our party and the home was perfect for us (but certainly could have accommodated more people). The home was perfectly clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally located for our activities. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Lynette was wonderful to work with. An ideal host!

Lovely, clean, comfortable home

The house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. The house was comfortable and setup with everything that we needed for a winter stay. Close to shops, and trails (XC skiing). We would happily stay again and would recommend it. Excellent communication throughout by the host.

This home was my very first home purchase. The location, the neighborhood, and the space all resonated with me, and it still carries sentimental value to this day 😊.

Inspired by my appreciation for what makes a vacation rental comfortable and exceptional, I decided to transform this property into a welcoming space for guests. Together with my husband, we've updated the space, furnished it, and stocked it to make the place feel like home.

Hand-picking each piece of furniture and decor has been a joy as I strive to create a space filled with thoughtful details that will make your stay both comfortable and memorable.

In addition to this home, we have two other vacation rentals in Anchorage and two condos in beautiful southern Utah. These properties have been equally infused with those special touches. It's this passion for hospitality that drove us to extend the same level of care to our visitors in Anchorage.

We love sharing this home with those exploring Alaska and providing an extraordinary stay that will leave you with cherished memories. We hope to host your stay when visiting Anchorage!

This home is located on the desired south side of Anchorage. The neighborhood consists of longtime residents in a quiet cul-de-sac with a mix of families and children.

The proximity to trails, restaurants, and shopping makes your stay extremely convenient. It’s just minutes from local sightseeing, hopping on the highway to head north or south, and just 10-15 minutes from the airport.
