Cette spacieuse unitĂ© d'une chambre est l'Ă©tage intermĂ©diaire de notre maison en duplex. Elle comprend une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e et offre les meilleures vues absolues de Pacifica. Par temps clair, vous pouvez voir jusqu’au Golden Gate Bridge, et quand il ya du brouillard, c’est comme si on Ă©tait assis dans les nuages. Il y a une immense terrasse et nous avons la chance d'avoir un chant des oiseaux tout autour. Nous avons vue sur Pacifica Beach oĂč il y a des surfeurs tous les jours de l'annĂ©e, souvent avant que le soleil ne se lĂšve. Il y a aussi des baleines dans l'eau.

Que vous recherchiez une escapade tranquille ou simplement un point de chute pour vos aventures Ă  San Francisco, notre Ă©tablissement sera parfait. Afin de nous rapprocher de nos vues magnifiques, il faut franchir quelques marches et nous ne recommandons donc pas cet endroit Ă  quiconque ayant des problĂšmes de mobilitĂ©. Nous avons un tram Ă©lectrique qui transportera vos bagages et vos courses. Vous n’avez donc pas besoin de faire plus que quelques pas.

Amazing views, perfect little spot for a getaway. Everything was close by, beach, food, and grocery store. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

The view from this place was absolutely stunning—overlooking Pacifica State Beach and the ocean. There are about 110 steps up to the entry door, but don’t worry—there’s a tram available to take you and your luggage or groceries to the top.The space was roomy and fully functional. While it’s a bit dated and could use some maintenance, we booked it for the view and location, and it definitely delivered. I also want to mention that if someone is staying in the unit above, you may hear some noise—but I only note this to be fair in case that’s important to others.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book here again when visiting the San Francisco/Pacifica area.

Sehr schöne Lage, aber mit einigen MÀngeln.

Das positive vorweg. Die Lage und der Blick auf die KĂŒste sind atemberaubend. Der EigentĂŒmer ist hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Der Terrasse ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Das GelĂ€nder brĂ€uchte dringend einen neuen Anstrich und die SitzbĂ€nke und der Tisch sind morsch und verbogen. Ein Fall fĂŒr den MĂŒll. Die Reinigungskraft nimmt es nicht so genau mit der Sauberkeit. Wir mussten erst einmal den halben KĂŒhlschrank entleeren. Halbe Flasche Wein, ĂŒber ein Dutzend angebrochene Lebensmittel ( Butter , Mayo , Saucen... ).Wer weiß, wie lange diese schon im KĂŒhlschrank standen ? Auch mal die GegenstĂ€nde auf der Arbeitsplatte in der KĂŒche wegschieben und nicht drum herum putzen. Staubwischen auch mal oberhalb der Kopfhöhe. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Danke Angel.

A great place to lay your head after a long day in the Bay Area so that you can wake up to a gorgeous view.

Great views / Rough shape

Pros: -The location is really cool. -Responsive property management. -Fast wifi -Free parking Cons: -The carpets were really dirty -The bathroom door and bedroom door wouldn't stay closed. -The bathroom was held together with tape in some spots, the corner of the wall was also torn up really bad next to the shower. -There were no bulbs in the lighting fixtures on the deck. The property faces north/northeast, so it gets shady early in the evening. -If anyone rents the penthouse above this property, you'll hear ever that goes on up there. Everything. All together, it was an OK experience outside of the couple of days that I had some loud neighbors. If you're planning on going out and about and need somewhere to spend downtime and sleep, this is an alright option.

Views! Views! Views!

We were fortunate to have planned our stay during a very clear two nights, which allowed stunning views to be enjoyed. In addition , the home was clean with a well stocked kitchen and ample space to have guests over for breakfast. The tram experience was unique and fun. From the lower garage level, you take a tram up the hill to the house, saving a lot of hauling luggage up stairs. We had a great stay and would return in the future. ~Trish and Peter

Views to last a lifetime 😍

I stood here for 3 days with my 11 year old daughter from Illinois on Spring Break. Owners are on top of everything & the views will last you a lifetime. This was worth every penny spent. Will definitely be back to this property in the future!!!

Gorgeous Views

My partner and I stayed here for a romantic weekend. The house was beautiful and communication with the owners was incredibly easy. The highlight of the property is the floor to ceiling windows in both the living space and the bedroom and the gorgeous views off the balcony. Our only complaint was that the neighbors upstairs could be well heard through the ceiling but it was a minor point and did not diminish our stay in any way shape or form.
