New interior furnishings for ultimate comfort has been professionally designed by Grace Home Furnishings, nationally renowned design company, inspired by classic old Palm Springs, Regency and Contemporary style. Only refined pampering and luxury is to be experienced by all.

All four bedrooms offer king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms, HD tv's, and direct access to the pool. The "oversized" master suite has a vanity room, walk-in closet, and refrigerator and bar. The master bath is complete with double sinks, spa bath with tv, and large shower. The "oversized" casita also has a vanity, walk-in closet, and mini kitchen area including microwave, refrigerator, and ice maker. The casita bathroom features sunken in bath/shower. The "oversized" third guest room is nearby while the fourth is located on the opposite side of the estate with its own patio area.

Living areas feature classic, mid-century, wide open floor plan that connects the living room with fireplace, dining room, and sun room with bar, all on grand scale with walls of glass doors revealing the heavenly view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Adjacent is the game room with billiard table, wine refrigerator and wet bar for afternoon games or evening cocktails. Listen to old time records on the record player while playing one of the many of the board games from your youth.

The gourmet chef's kitchen includes Viking double oven, eight burner stove top, convection oven, two subzero refrigerators, microwave, warming drawer, dishwasher, two sinks, ice maker, along with island seating and kitchen nook table. The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

Gardening Services take place every Tuesday morning.

Pool cleaning takes place every Tuesday and Friday.

VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee.

Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.
